Subway is inside this outlet and most people go there for the subs. The place is clean and pretty big. Spacious. Lots of grab to go options here. Donuts. Nachos. Hot dogs. Taquito. This place has less dodgy people hanging around. Parking is readily available in the lot out front. It has not been overly busy every time I am there. I hardly get coffee from convenience stores but I do like the ones here. You get to choose the blend, usually house or dark roast is available. Add the milk or cream or flavored cream (hazelnut or vanilla or both). There are also flavored syrups (caramel, hazelnut and vanilla) to sweeten it. The stir stick is individually wrapped in plastic. Sleeves and lids are well stocked. Everything is there. You can also customize your hotdog or even add Mac and cheese to it? It is too fancy for me to try. Maybe one day. So far I am just a ketchup, mustard and relish person. At most I will add onions or jalapeños. During hot summer days the froster (like slurpee) is nice. And you can make it a screamer by adding soft serve to it too. Then you get the usual convenience store items like milk, basic food items and snacks. I have seen sandwiches and stuff too. I should spend more time to checking it out. I usually just grab and go.

The isles are clean and wide. There are plenty of free parking out front.

The packet was labelled as "makki da atta," but it actually contained corn starch, which is not the same product. When we returned to the store to exchange it for the correct product, instead of providing a full refund or replacement, they still charged him $1.70 for the difference. This is misleading to customers, especially when the product is incorrectly labelled. We are considering reporting the matter to Consumer Affairs so it can be properly investigated. If anyone else has experienced similar issues with incorrectly labelled or misleading products from this store, I encourage you to report it to the appropriate consumer protection authority.

It looks like they mashed 3 separate adjacent parkades together, seeing as how one has to go down to P3 then back up to P2 to get to this area. I can't even describe how to leave, other than that the Rosser exit is accessed by going UP and the Lougheed exit is accessed by going DOWN. Once inside, the area looks pretty clean and modern. Very different from the 1990s orange/blue look. Guess I've been living in the past. Pricing is fairly decent, with plenty of discounts. The discounts require a More card. Another thing to stick into my wallet, since there's no app as of the time of writing, which honestly sucks. Layout is fairly intuitive. Samples are no longer available thanks to a certain coronavirus. Definitely a good option for groceries other than that overpriced Whole Foods across the street.

I saw quite a number of bright, yellow reduced stickers on a lot of items. Not sure if that's what stands out for other people but for me on this occasion, that's what was standing out. I picked up a container of Silk brand non dairy Greek Style yogurt. This stuff is usually quite pricy. This one had a yellow reduced sticker on it. "Reduced $4.19" is what I saw on the sticker. My first thought was that it had been reduced by $4.19. Well, I got to the checkout counter and of course discovered that was too good to be true. It was not $4.19 cheaper. It had been reduced to the price of $4.19. Lesson to be learned...those yellow stickers reflect the new price of an item and not the amount it has been reduced by. $4.19 however, was still a good deal for this particular yogurt (imho). So I stuck with it, brought it home, dished it into a container and put some Peach Oolong Oreo cookies in it cuz...really loving that 2 ingredient Japanese cheesecake trend! Aside from lots of bright yellow reduced stickers, I also noticed a small fridge with canned beverages in them that were all $1 each. Whoa, really? Just $1? This particular location gives me a diff vibe from the last few i've been to, the store is well lit, spacious, has free underground parking and free steering parking during specific times. I love how this location has a wide variety of groceries and goodies. I saw a bunch of asian items, hotpot meat, dumplings, sauces, snacks, noodles and so much more. One of the things that caught my attention the most is the variety of zero sugar options for the carbonated drinks. And even though i don't like cherry, i like how there's unique flavours as well such as cherry float cola! If you like asian buns, there is a selection of asian pasties such as taro bun/custard bun! I can appreciate the variety of salad kits!! I can see myself visiting this location regularly and the hours is good too. We always look for any sales that we can find because it can be a bit pricey shopping at Safeway but sometimes we just find the quality can be better for certain items. There is a Lotto centre and a Starbucks inside as well. I believe this location also has a coin exchange machine, but please do not put me on that as I haven't used it in a while.
