It was super challenging and fast paced, and thankfully Melanie helped adjust the resistance bands for me as we transitioned. I'm glad I had her help because it was really fast paced and a lot of times I couldn't hear what color bands they'd recommend for each exercise based on your experience. The facility was clean and the class wasn't full but I could see how it could get really busy and packed for other classes at other times. I didn't hear back so on MONDAY I called to find out Kamery had NO idea of the situation. Odd. It almost seems like it was an employee of the club. Of course, the police have bigger fish to fry and lifetime does not stand behind their members safety although they will gladly charge you $300+ a month. Do not come here, do not bring your wallets, do not bring your bags. Honestly I wouldn't even bring my children... Unsafe, unprofessional, and I will be spreading the word to stay far away from this club.

His knowledge is ridiculous: strength training, Olympic lifting, powerlifting, mobility work, stretching, nutrition, meal planning... the guy is a walking encyclopedia with years of real experience and certifications to back it up. The gym itself is spotless, never overcrowded, and has such a welcoming vibe. Everyone who trains here is friendly and supportive; it feels like a community, not a meat market. I thought I would get a jump on the situation by visiting a center. I signed a waiver and a very friendly staff member showed me around. Most impressive. There is a relaxation area with massage chairs after a workout. In the ladies locker room, you'll find a huge supply of towels, showers, lockers, sauna, infrared studio, & cold plunge. There are separate studios set up for slowing activities such as Pilates and yoga and another studio set up for higher activity classes. There is a room full of gym equipment, free weights, TRX, barbells, Bosu balls and so much more. I'm excited! Looking forward to this new gym joining the area! Plenty of parking and WiFi on site.
