I would not recommend coming here. For starters, you aren't allowed to have samples and they pour the frozen yogurt in the cup for you. I thought that was odd for a shop like this. Nevertheless, the owner made my cup and decided to cut corners but filling my cup on the sides then make it swirl at the top. So the middle of my cup was void. I suppose they do this to save money but that's cutting the portions because you would expect a full cup not middle being void. read more

While passing through Macon and we decided to grab some dessert after an amazing dinner and to our surprise this was not it! Upon arrival, we were greeted by a middle age woman. She was not welcoming at all. It looked as if the soft serve yogurt was shut down so was advised our soft serve would be made in the back and we can pick the toppings. As she was explaining the soft serve my entire party and the one next to us was confused. They had soft serve frozen yogurt, scoop ice cream and sorbet. I asked to try the scoop ice cream but they do not do samples. We decided on cookies and cream, vanilla cheese cake and birthday cake ice cream. We added toppings assuming they were included with the soft serve but when we went to pay we saw it was not. Definitely need better customer service and effective communication. The ambiance has potential but customer service made this entire experience a turn off. Will not be returning or recommending this store. read more

We came at 7 PM on a Friday and were warmly greeted by staff. She explained all the options of gelato, soft serve, and regular ice cream to us. They do portion the soft serve in the back, so not your typical fro-yo experience but overall I think more hygienic that staff do it anyways. We got 2 double scoop ice creams, one with cookies n cream & chocolate fudge and the other with sea turtle (caramel) and espresso chip. All the flavors we got were delicious! My husband and I drove from south Macon to try some frozen yogurt google suggested. It was fine, but we were a little off put not by being served by a minor (maybe no older than 12?) but that the minor had to go to a separate room to fix the yogurt cups. That would make me uncomfortable for anyone anywhere serving me something that is usually self serve. There wasn't a visible sink for hand washing or gloves being used. We thought about it after the fact and thought it was a little strange we weren't offered samples, but it also seemed to be busy at 5PM on a Saturday in July so we get some things have to be sacrificed. Best ice cream in Macon! Where do I begin?! Everything about this store is amazing! They have a wide selection of soft serve ice cream that changes often. When they change flavors, they have prepacked containers of it for a while after. They also have mayfield ice cream. Young girls operate every element of the restaurant including the cash register and samples. I love how the ice cream is actually affordable, unlike Tutti Frutti where everything is $7. The product is amazing (because it's Honey Hill Farms), the toppings are fresh, varied, clean and well stocked, and the product that comes out of the Soft Serve Machines is creamy and consistent. My wife and I, along with her step-dad, were looking for a place in the area that served something cold to ease the pallet on a very hot day. We saw this place near Publix, so we decided to stop in... and I'm so glad we did! Frozen yogurt, gelato, AND Italian ice is what this place has to offer. Their are also a plethora of different toppings you're able to put on top of the already delicious frozen treats. The owner was able to give us sample cups for us to pick out which ones we wanted to have and I ended up with something called Tigers Blood! It was seriously the best Italian ice I've ever had! I kept it simple by adding some strawberries, cherries, a little white chocolate and my taste buds were in heaven! We mentioned that our usual frozen yogurt place back at home has treats for dogs, so she actually whipped up some frozen yogurt for our dog! The young girls behind the counter were very friendly and provided my husband and I with samples of various flavors of ice cream. They were patient with us as we made our decisions. We had the cotton candy with pop rocks and cookies and cream. The ice cream was just ok. Being from out of town, I've had better back home. The butter pecan ice cream had a piece of hair in it, and the server used a napkin to remove it. I expected for the entire bucket to be removed due to contamination, but it wasn't. I thought I'd try this place with some friends since I didn't want to drive all the way down bass to go to he froyo place on Zebulon. There weren't that many great options at first glance. The little girl (I'm assuming it's the owners daughter) came up to us and asked if we wanted to try a sample. We said yes, and stood there waiting for some of the small sampling cups, but the little girl explained that she would have to get the samples for us. She wasn't wearing any gloves, which is concerning. I didn't mind too much at first, but then she went to cash us out and we handed her cash and sat down. Immediately, another person came in, and the girl gave them samples of the yogurt just like she did with us, except SHE DIDNT WASH HER HANDS AFTER HANDLING THE CASH WE HAD JUST GIVEN HER. It wouldn't be that big of a deal, except the sampling cups are TINY and it's almost impossible to get the yogurt out of them without your mouth hitting the outside of the cup (the same part of the cup that the little girl held after handling money that had been god knows where). It was gross. The yogurt wasn't even that great, it tasted a little sour and it was disappointing. Won't be back. Tutti fruiti is where I'll be going from now on. I can get a sample myself, I don't have to worry about little kids touching my stuff with nasty hands, and there are more flavors and it tastes way better. read more

Child Labor Laws? My wife and I walk in and behind the register is a girl no older than 10. She welcomes us then she comes out and names off the flavors. Cute if she would have stopped there. Next she asks us if we would like to sample anything. We ask for our own sample cups and for ones that she wasn't rubbing her grubby little fingers in. She says that she has to fix our samples... which would have been ok if she was wearing gloves. Finally after about 5-6 minutes in the store an adult exits from the back room. By now there are 6 new people in the store. The adult (I'm guessing it's the little girl's mom) answers the ringing phone and then returns to the back room. After fixing our delicious ice cream we make our way to the register and we are not surprised that the little girl is also running the register. Cash and credit cards go through the hands of this kid. So if I rate my experience on just the frozen dessert, delicious and highly recommended. Rating overall...pretty sure there is a law against under aged children running a business. read more

listen, they are clean and well run. they also have many things to offer but. it is very frustrating and annoying to not be allowed to make your own samples.. i am a very big clean freak and i asked to make a sample and one of the little girls scooted in front of me to do it for me. it has nothing to do against her but this has happened more than once to my friends and i. this is why we have not come back. i bet some people might like someone to give a helping hands !! but when you're having a bad,in a rush, or just want to do something on your own, things like that are a bit much. i think it'd be beneficial for the business to let the girls help and give advice on what to get. also offer to get the samples but if someone doesn't want them to get it , then the customers can get their own. read more
