Not only were they more affordable than the other places, they took the time to offer me options so that I could choose the level of repair I wanted done. Rather than making me spend more to replace a piece, they suggested refurbishing some parts that saved me money while making my car look as good as new. Plus they through in a detail job on the interior and gave me a ride to and from work. These folks were A-One in my book. Before installing the glass, he eyeballed it one more time and realized the database was wrong (glad he could spot that before he took off the old windshield). This was not his fault - he followed the manufacturer's recommendation - which was wrong. He called around and was able to get the right windshield and came by the next morning to put in the new windshield.
