We were given a date for replacing our roofing and they rescheduled for a closer date. He wouldn't even speak to me. He wouldn't even have his receptionist call me back. When I called she relayed the message that "Brad said he doesn't think he cut anything so we're not responsible". I had to have an electrician come out, they pulled the line and said "Your line was in fact cut by a circular saw!" So thanks for not backing your work and the over 30 nails in our driveway. They finished the roof and then I had to wait a few months before they finally came and did the gutters and I had to put a freeze on payment until the job was done and they had to come back and fix some of it because of wrong size downspouts! About 2 weeks ago we had a rain storm and it rained in the roof of my bay window so I called them back and they sent a different contractor out and he told me that they shingled both the bay window roof and the front porch roof and they are flat, most everone know you dont shingle flat roofs! Im seriously considering getting a lawyer and sue them for money so I can get someone else out here to do it correctly! If you want work done on your house, dont get JB&D, they try to take advantage of senior citizens and widows!!!!!!

Seemed like a high quote but decided to trust him The work sounded involved and time consuming thus the high labor rate The team came out on the agreed time but only brought 1 sheet of plywood. They said only one section needed replacing and they just slipped the aluminum facia over the old fiber board for the majority of the house My main complaint is that the rep made it sound important that I bite the bullet and do it the right way but when they did the work they took the shortcut There had to be an obvious over bidding in both labor and cost of material When I asked for a compensation rebate they said the manager would be in touch with me in 2-3 days That was 3 weeks ago! It's obvious they don't care or follow thru on their word I highly suggest you look elsewhere for dependable people who do what they say they will do.
