Today, with heat indexes over 100° the air conditioning started to fail. By midnight it was gone, and the temperature in the house was quickly rising. I have MS and the heat for me is devastating. Bob Morris, after hearing about the problem, came right out to check on it in the middle of the night. It turned out our compressor had gone bad. Rather then leave me suffering overnight, Bob went back to the shop, a good half hour drive away, and got a portable air conditioner we could use. He made arrangements to return first thing in the morning with the new unit so I wouldn't be sick. All this for warranty service with no profit. I bless the day that we chose Morris Heating and Air Conditioning. With this level of service, professionalism, and attention to their customers' needs, we will never go anywhere else.

Professional service - took care to leave things like them found them and/or better. Quite satisfied with the work - repaired brick and masonry on exterior foundation. Gave them 4 instead of 5 stars as I won't know how the work will hold up over time, will review and upgrade after some time has passed. So far it has made a noticeable difference in the amount of damp in the basement. The owner, William Ratliff, is personable, reachable, and his assistant was a conscientious, efficient worker.

I sent two emails and never heard back from the company. As a business owner myself I find it very unprofessional not even to respond back to a potential customer even if it's something that is outside your so called brick and stone expertise. The job was just adding brick and stone to the front of our home in the town they stated they performed work in. I am just glad we didn't end up wasting any further time or money with them.

Fairly certain he was drinking heavily, and possibly on some serious uppers. After no progress being made for over 3 weeks, we asked Dan to leave and voided the contract. Hope the guy cleans up his act or closes down shop!
