Servpro came to our home to give an estimate to clean up septic water back up in our basement. My husband and I were out of the country on a business trip. Servpro had my husband's elderly mother sign paperwork, who is not the homeowner, and they claim that they had our permission to begin work. (Lie!) They began working on our basement before contacting us with a quote and knowing our insurance would not cover it. I called our house and talked to Servpro employee and told them to stop immediately because we never approved anything! 30 minutes of them sucking up a little water resulted in $600 bill for work we did not authorize. Servpro could have called my husband and I, but they chose not to. When I called to discuss this matter, an employee got agitated and disrespectfully said that she was going to turn us into collections and hung up on me. Called back and talked to the manager and she says that they do allow their employees to hang up on people. Is this really a way to run a business?!

Servpro proceeds to send us a bill for ~$600 for 30 minutes of work that they did not have homeowner permission to do. They had my cell phone number. They could have called me, but they chose not to. When we called them to discuss this, they were extremely rude to us on the phone and downright lied to us saying that we had given them permission over the phone to work on our property when we definitely had not. I do not recommend using this company.

The plumber discovered that there was in fact, debris, loose installation, wood chips, nails, drywall, and particles of other materials that were torn out from the demolition of the mold remediation project. The plumber left telling me that the lines needed to be jetted and that he would talk to Caleb about the follow up during that time. I asked Caleb to send me the report after spending hours of flushing, the sewer line out with my water ,which height my water bill $200 more than average.. I also had to call some heating and cooling assistance to do a vent cleaning which cost me over $1,800 along with all of the miscellaneous personal property that was flooded in the basement cost over $2000 which included yard tools, lawnmower, dining room table and chairs two twin size metal beds, a line, leaf blower, electrical weed, whacker and other miscellaneous tools. Caleb never sent the information about the follow up or evidence from the plumber and did not go forward with completely clearing out the debris his team had carelessly forced down into my sewer pipes. Caleb is very deceptive and his team has absolutely bad customer service . Caleb did not want to follow through with resolving the issue. His company has created Thousands of dollars of damage-during that period of them doing that tear out. They also ran off with my ladder and I had to complain to get it back which was It was a thief. Caleb completely ghosted me after I called him back after my basement flooded again almost a year later after a heavy storm. I was requesting the report from the original plumbers inspection, which I discovered that Caleb and the plumber had discussed father jetting of the sewer pipes to get all of the debris out, but Caleb did not go forward with the work, not taking responsibility for what his workers did and cost me detrimental property damage a year later . Caleb is very untrustworthy and does not keep his word after his workers causing damage to your property. He rather you take him to court after trying to resolve the issue with him He ultimately did not resolve anything. He chose to ignore the damage they created for me . His company has forced me to endure Financial hardship and had not continue to be a professional to simply resolve the original issue his company created.

The gentleman who showed up (didn't catch his name) was so super professional and amazing. He offered to lift or move furniture and answered all of my questions since this was the first time I had done this since moving out on my own. He took extra time to get the hard stains (spilled soda, sweet n sour sauce, cat stains, etc) and my carpet looks almost brand new.
