The service technician (Trenton) went downstairs sat on the floor staring inside the unit , finally touched something inside and came upstairs and said everything looked ok. I hardly got a good morning before they jumped out of there truck, and took over my house without even a proper introduction/questions for the first time meeting face to face. No booties were worn until i asked for them too, and even then, they were only worn upstairs, not downstairs of my home. I had to ask for the water that came out of their leaking air hose to be cleaned up off my basement floor and steps. They also left dust bunnies from the vent blowouts throughout each room and did not offer to clean that up, which is part of a full service anyway. I was also told, by David, that the dryer vent (outside face) should be replaced soon. I went out 2 hours later to take a look, and realized, that the corner of the vent was broken off during their services. I also had to confront the larger guy, to put something down over the bathroom floor or put on booties, and that's when he gave me major attitude about doing that, something that should be done in anyone's household to protect the homeowners investments. I also had to confront the large guy outside, because he was wrapping up the air hose and just winged it into my flower/plants and then proceeded to drag the hose out of them to get wrapped up. He even had the audacity, when i asked him why he did that, to ask me what my problem was...uh hello, you are being inconsiderate and disrespecting my home and property, you are the one with the problem sir. I told David about the guy's attitude and the plants and booties, and he asked if he damaged the plants. I said it doesn't appear so, and he just smiled and said he would talk to him. I do not recommend this company. They care to get a job done, but not actually respect your property in the process as though it was their own. Money is the driving force, not care.

Given all the horror stories you've heard and read regarding working with construction. I have a large driveway with a three-car garage. And I was always curious as to why no one ever parked in my driveway. One day I asked one of the employees and he said they've been instructed not to park in the driveway, and no one ever did. It wasn't until later that I realized these employees have been trained. Trained not to block anyone's driveway, trained not to allow possible leaks onto someone's driveway, in other words trained to be considerate of the homeowner - trained to provide exceptional customer service.
