I tried to understand. I was ghosted by State Farm for 10 months and then Kelley Construction just disappears before the last couple jobs were done. I haven't had a garage door for almost a year! I saw the lights! I fired them. Freddy emails..."But Cheryl you know how long it takes for State Farm to get us the money for your ceiling EVEN IF KELLEY CONSTRUCTION ISN'T GOING TO DO IT." I was recommended this company by Merry Maids since I had litter everywhere and some cat stains throughout the apartment. The gentleman who showed up (didn't catch his name) was so super professional and amazing. He offered to lift or move furniture and answered all of my questions since this was the first time I had done this since moving out on my own. He took extra time to get the hard stains (spilled soda, sweet n sour sauce, cat stains, etc) and my carpet looks almost brand new. He explained in detail each step and worked well around me, my pets, and my furniture. Very professional and a great job done. He showed up between the two hour window that was given and was done before the window even closed. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

It was necessary to remove walls to get everything dried out properly. Professional and courteous crew paid attention to every detail. Servpro came to our home to give an estimate to clean up septic water back up in our basement. My husband and I were out of the country on a business trip. Servpro had my husband's elderly mother sign paperwork, who is not the homeowner, and they claim that they had our permission to begin work. (Lie!) They began working on our basement before contacting us with a quote and knowing our insurance would not cover it. I called our house and talked to Servpro employee and told them to stop immediately because we never approved anything! 30 minutes of them sucking up a little water resulted in $600 bill for work we did not authorize. Servpro could have called my husband and I, but they chose not to. When I called to discuss this matter, an employee got agitated and disrespectfully said that she was going to turn us into collections and hung up on me. Called back and talked to the manager and she says that they do allow their employees to hang up on people. Is this really a way to run a business?!

When we found this out we immediately told them to stop working and leave because we found out through my father-in-law that the damage wasn't that bad and we could easily clean it up ourselves. Servpro proceeds to send us a bill for ~$600 for 30 minutes of work that they did not have homeowner permission to do. They had my cell phone number. They could have called me, but they chose not to. When we called them to discuss this, they were extremely rude to us on the phone and downright lied to us saying that we had given them permission over the phone to work on our property when we definitely had not.
