Anyway Shane Olson saw my request and reached out within an hour. He could come over, check it out and give me an estimate. He is so knowledgeable and thorough. His estimate was fair but not cheap. He power washed the deck, sanded it, and did other prep work to make sure it would like brand new. He matched the color of stain required by the HOA but it is higher quality. I paid half the price upfront and the rest when he finished. He worked every day of that horribly hot week before the 4th of July. The deck is beautiful!! His work caught the eye of several of my neighbors who approached him about doing their decks.
