He told us in advance when the installation would occur, how long it would take and gave us an estimate. All three, the installation, the schedule, and the cost were exactly as he stated, and his contractors did a perfect job in a geometrically challenging situation. They cleaned up after themselves daily and just did everything so professionally. The flooring is beautiful - better than I thought it would be and I would hire this business in a heartbeat for any other flooring needs we have in the future.

One worker told us one of the parts isnt the reason the boiler isnt working but he replaced it because a new one would be better. (He told us this after he had already replaced it, with out giving us the price... even though I asked for a price several times.) They also created a buzzing noise and explained "it's not bad, just annoying " and left it this way. A month later I got a bill for $1.5k not far off from the cost of replacing it all together. Now I have to pay someone else to come out because I dont trust that they did the job correctly.
