Their own inspectors have come out and directly told us the work that was done was lazy and appalling. They were confused by many of the decisions made putting up the siding. Due to the language barrier, we couldn't even communicate effectively with the crew that came out, and the foreman who we were told was the person we need to talk to - would disappear regularly. We have two young kids and the amount of DANGER this company has introduced is inexcusable. We have picked up nearly a pound of nails out of our yard, sidewalk, and driveway. Despite telling us they were going to not leave it like this - our garage walls have the sharp ends of nails sticking out at least 2" ALL OVER. It looks like a torture coffin. We've called repeatedly and just get lip service - no one addresses anything.

However, the process of obtaining a quote was indeed as easy as Zen Windows website makes it out to be; check out their website and watch the videos. I completed their form with the number of windows, approximate size and the requirement that the windows must meet a minimum efficiency. A reply was quick and thorough and above all easily understood and answers to questions were immediate. Dennis provided all the information needed should a permit have been required. Once accepted, Kevin came out within a few days to take specific measurements needed for ordering the windows. Within just over a month, we received a call asking if the installation could take place within 48 hours as they had an opening. Ed, Jimmy and Daryl were the installation crew who arrived promptly and you could not ask for a more conscientious and professional team. They seemed to get along and worked well with each other. Care was taken to protect floors and carpet, the installation and operation of the windows was explained, and clean up was meticulous. I had planned to shampoo my carpets after they were finished and Daryl did such a good job of cleaning up the floors I did not have to vacuum first! We had 6 windows replaced and opted for the Endure EN600 series double hung, Energy Star Certified windows. These windows were installed on a warm day in rooms that get the afternoon sun and it was immediately apparent that the sun gain was much lower than the previous windows. The wind is gusting today and there are no drafts! The total cost was a bit above some of the other estimates but after our previous experiences as well as the ease of the ordering process, the personable and professional installers- much less the quality of the windows- it has been well worth it.

The contractors that did my house did not pay attention to detail. I feel like the contractor was in a hurry to move on to the next job. I purchased a storm door and storm window from Viviano and unfortunately had an anwful experience from both a quality and customer service standpoint. The storm door and the storm window came for delivery on the same day. The storm window was unable to be installed as it did not fit (note, two different people came out to measure after I paid my deposit). They were able to install the storm door and the storm window was remeasured and reordered. After the storm door was installed, I had concerns about the door and its installation so I reached out to their main office phone number and spoke with the office manager. A few hours later I received an abrupt text from an unknown number. It was the owner of the company. Rather than working with me to address the issues, the owner became increasingly defensive and dismissive. In this exchange I explicitly told him that I still wanted the storm window and that my concerns were with the storm door only. His response was that he was the owner, he was making the decision, and the decision was final. He refused to install the storm window and instead offered a full refund only if he could return to my home and remove the storm door the very next day. At that point, I accepted the refund because I did not want to be left without my deposit. However, the way this was handled left my entryway looking like the home been broken to and in a condition that was extremely disappointing, as shown in the attached photo. In this case, rather than trying to find a reasonable solution, the owner repeatedly emphasized that they install "thousands" of these doors and had not had complaints, and ultimately chose to terminate the rest of the project rather than address my concerns. I was never asking for anything unreasonable. I wanted the door issues addressed, and I wanted the storm window I had ordered and been waiting for. I was very much willing to pay for it. Unfortunately, my experience with Viviano was that once I expressed dissatisfaction, the conversation became adversarial rather than focused on finding a solution. The communication was unprofessional, the situation was handled poorly, and I was left extremely appalled with the overall experience. Lastly, from my deep dive reading all reviews, I know the owner will respond rudely. I am including the messages he sent me to make it clear this is not someone you should do business with.
