After looking at some reviews here on yelp I thought I would try out 'Batteries Shack' for my Ipad…read morerepair. First, their pricing is great. Cheaper than some places I have been quoted closer to home. The repair work was flawless. I not only shattered the screen when I dropped it on a cobblestone street the Ipad case was bent and they straightened it as well. The only thing I can see that indicates that it was ever fixed was the minor scratch on the back side when it slid and bounced on my initial drop. Second was their wonderful customer service. Seems like a bit of a family affair with everyone working in the shop chatting with me as I waited but on the drop off and pick up. They are confident in their profession and knowledgeable. Even when I asked to purchase a new charging cord and they found they didn't have one in a package in stock they were willing to give their own personal ones up to make me happy. Third was their go above and beyond service. I pulled into their lot with the biggest chunk of metal sticking right out of my now flat tire and they offered to change it for me, also in record time and accepted nothing more than my thanks and a hand shake. For the best service got to the Batteries Shack where they change out your watch batteries, fix your Ipad / Iphone screens and change flat tires all with a wink and a smile!

They are racist and rude. The store manager told me he was flagging my fathers account who's number I used and that he never wants me to go to an o reillys again, after refunding me my money. Do not go here. I will be calling corporate and getting these clowns fired and also filing a lawsuit. Autozone is much better customer service and better prices. Avoid this place like the plague.
