While DoorDashing with my daughter, I was assigned to deliver an auto part from their store. When I arrived, the customer informed me that they had not ordered the part. Unfortunately, I was unable to get in touch with DoorDash to resolve the situation that evening, so I returned home and brought the part back to the store the next morning. The young man working that day was incredibly appreciative that I took the time to return the item. His professionalism, gratitude, and genuine kindness left a lasting impression on me. In a world where honesty often goes unnoticed, it was refreshing to be treated with such respect and appreciation. I cannot express how much this experience meant to me. The kindness shown that day was truly a blessing and arrived at a time in my life when it was needed most. Thank you, Holbrook Auto Parts, for reminding me that there are still good people in this world. Wishing your business continued success and many blessings.

After looking at some reviews here on yelp I thought I would try out 'Batteries Shack' for my Ipad…read morerepair. First, their pricing is great. Cheaper than some places I have been quoted closer to home. The repair work was flawless. I not only shattered the screen when I dropped it on a cobblestone street the Ipad case was bent and they straightened it as well. The only thing I can see that indicates that it was ever fixed was the minor scratch on the back side when it slid and bounced on my initial drop. Second was their wonderful customer service. Seems like a bit of a family affair with everyone working in the shop chatting with me as I waited but on the drop off and pick up. They are confident in their profession and knowledgeable. Even when I asked to purchase a new charging cord and they found they didn't have one in a package in stock they were willing to give their own personal ones up to make me happy. Third was their go above and beyond service. I pulled into their lot with the biggest chunk of metal sticking right out of my now flat tire and they offered to change it for me, also in record time and accepted nothing more than my thanks and a hand shake. For the best service got to the Batteries Shack where they change out your watch batteries, fix your Ipad / Iphone screens and change flat tires all with a wink and a smile!

I had my laptop with this facility for about 3 weeks for a simple charge port issue with my laptop…read more I've had it repaired before at a different shop before, so I had an idea of what to expect. After the first week without hearing anything I decided to call and get a status report: they told me I would have to wait another week for the part to come in. After not hearing anything for another week, again, I called expecting a status report. They told me that the technician would be in in about 15 mins and I would receive a call. After not hearing anything for an hour I called and was told that he wouldn't be in for another 45 minutes. All I wanted was a status report! Finally after another hour, I got a call from the technician saying that the part hasn't come in yet. The next day I received a call saying there was nothing else they could do: that the shop I had taken it to before had done damage to it and that the part wasn't fitting properly. They also mentioned that the laptop wouldn't even turn on. I figured that it wouldn't from the start since I haven't been able to maintain a charge... DUH. Nonetheless, they said they wouldn't charge me anything. When I went in to pick up my laptop they couldn't find my charger. Later, upon further inspection when I had taken it to another facility: we noticed that the keyboard had been damaged and didn't work anymore. It wasn't like that when I dropped it off at Battery Shack... The only good thing is that they didn't charge me for the part they had to order. Other than that I can't find any positives for this facility. I had no communication while they were trying to fix it, and they broke my keyboard. I'm beyond frustrated with this experience. What a waste of my time.
