Had to read the tire pressure label for them after finding out they didnt even put thw right amount of air in the tires. Shameful. He recently fixed the Wife's 2013 Fiat Abarth AC when the dealer misdiagnosed the issue and couldn't fix it. I'm done going anywhere else. He's very busy (for good reason!), but worth the wait. He recently did the control arms and brakes on my Merc GLC 300. It now drives like new!

Doug has rebuilt two of my vehicle's transmissions and kept me updated all the way during the process. He doesn't mind taking in work on short notice, and will get the job done as soon as possible to ensure you aren't stuck without a vehicle. The price is amazing compared to other shops, and the work is guaranteed for a year! Very compassionate about their customers, and will spark conversation instead of acting as a sales person. I will continue to bring all of my vehicles to Norm Martins as I know the job is done right.

I had been a customer since 2015 when Anthony was behind the desk, but Miguel is unfortunately a different story. Doesn't care about customer rapport, quotes outrageous prices for simple jobs, and never picks up the phone or returns phone calls. I haven't had a call answered or a voicemail returned in over a year. If you're able to get through, the work done by Will and Justin is top notch, but you may be faced with an exorbitantly inflated price tag by Miguel. Very unfortunate but I have no other choice than to find a new mechanic, because communication has been one-way for too long and trust has been eroded.

Not in a position to buy a new door and short on time to get the issue resolved. Kevin worked with my schedule and budget to expertly weld the broken piece returning the door to a 'like new' condition and did it all in a single afternoon. Autobody work is rarely an elected expense. Typically autobody work is needed after an accident or when things fall into disrepair. In those moments you're going to want someone like Kevin that puts the customer experience first, is transparent, communicative, fair and knowledgeable.
