They even called me next day about follow up care and to check on how I was doing! The office is extremely nice and has beautiful art from local artists all through the hallways and patient rooms. The staff was very helpful, professional and friendly and got me into the patient room on time. They even surprised me with a complimentary massage therapy session from their on-staff masseuse while I waited....WHAT?!?!?! I couldn't tell if I was at the dentist office or the spa! As always, Dr Bowden was very hands-on for my cleaning and talked to me at length about my dental needs. Dr Bowden, his office and staff are the epitome of professionalism and great service. The staff is very friendly, greets patients with a warm hello and smile, and patients are not kept waiting, you are treated at your appointed time. The staff patiently explains procedures they are performing and are really knowledgeable. Tonika, the hygienist, was great in scaling and deep cleaning my gums/teeth. I can't believe Lydia, the office manager, is not a dentist, she can look at your chart and thoroughly explain all the dental problems.
