During my exam she use larger than usual disk to take my x-rays. My gums were raw and peeling when she finished the x-rays. This procedure was very painful unlike my other visits to the dentist. When Dr. Flowers checked my gums, she uses a very pointy instrument that felt like a needle. I complained and let her know that she was hurting me. She claimed that she was using the best instrument for this procedure. I said that I know the other dentist including Dr. Barnes did not use that instrument because that would be difficult to forget. Now when it came to cleaning my teeth she sprayed my mouth with the water which also sprayed my face and my clothing. When she was done torturing me she went to the front desk to speak to Dr. Barnes and the other staff members. I had gotten up to go to the bathroom that's when I overheard the staff enjoying a laugh at my expense. I was very upset, but I decided not to say anything to you Dr. Barnes at that time. I decided to wait until I got home to speak with my husband and make a few phone calls regarding the incident. I know that you were unhappy with the way that I rated your dental practice two years ago but I never for a minute thought that you would allow a patient to be harmed. When I first came to your dental office I informed you that I had a horrific experience with a former dentist. So the fact that you would allow this to happen is beyond me. I am very disappointed with you and your staff. I believe that I gave you a fair and honest rating and I did find you all to be less than professional. I could not and will not recommend these devious women to anyone.

I've always had a fear for pain and doctors, well Dr. Rutland put those fears away , when he tells you that he's not in the business to give you pain he absolutely means it. His skills are tremendously amazing. He makes you feel comfortable and assures you that everything will be alright. His receptionist is a beautiful young woman who's been with him for years and she's always amazingly pleasant to everyone, she gets you in and there's never a wait I don't know of any other office that does that. Just thought I should stop by to add my review since I am still dealing with issues caused by my…read moreexperience with this dentist office more than 5 years later. Dr. Orrington put braces on for me when I was in High School ( i didn't have crazy teeth just a few small hiccups that I wanted to perfect which I now regret), having the braces were so uncomfortable and painful for the entire 3 years I had them. The molar bands would bend and cut into my gums. Food would also become trapped between the molar bands and my tooth. When I let him know of the trouble, he'd speak to me as if I've done something wrong instead of focusing on fixing my problem. It got to a point of pain where I just rip the molar band off myself. The base of my two bottom molar teeth were destroyed they both had a hole and discoloring. Leading to him telling me that I'd need root canals and crowns which was madly expensive. Fast forward to today and both of those teeth have broken completely and I've had to have them extracted. I've never had to get root canals or any extractions so it's majorly frustrating and upsetting that something and someone I thought would help me caused such prolonged damage and pain. If you're looking for a dentist/ortho you can trust and rely on you should keep looking, honestly. I wish I could go back in time and change my decision

I reached the point where a tooth that needed a root canal ended up getting past the point or restoring and Dr. Moore and I made plans to extract the tooth. He has extracted a wisdom tooth of mine before under local anesthetic and I had to pain or trouble at all! My concern wasn't losing the tooth, but just having a temporarily off putting smile. On the day of my extraction, Dr. Moore reassessed my tooth and realized with all of his magic that he could in fact save my tooth. It has taken several visits but Dr. Moore has saved the integrity of my smile!!! Always impressed with his work and I highly recommend his practice. Quiana and his front desk staff are also extremely pleasant and wonderful.

The dentist recommended partials and explained everything, The receptionist was advised to go over the different treatment plans, which ranged from $3000 - $6000. My Dad has to select a plan and sign the estimate. He selected the $3000 plan. Of course he does not want to put "that much money into the gound" as he says, however he wants to keep chewing his food without problems, keep talking to neighbors and his frat brothers with out an odor. The receptionist said she would call his insurance to see what is covered. It is now March 16th and we have not heard from anyone. I will not return to this location. I'm taking my Dad elsewhere.
