People only really come in there to get their medication. They're not really there Shop for anything else everything is bought on Amazon these days The lines are ridiculous at the pharmacy that should not be the case. People just want to get their medication and go home the wait is ridiculous. Two stars because the store is clean for the most part and they have a lot of inventory and it is my neighborhood Cvs, but they could do better !

When I arrived around 6pm to pick it up, I was told they did not have the medication in stock. The frustrating part wasn't just the inventory issue -- it was that no one contacted me or my doctor in advance to let us know. By the time I found out, my surgeon's office was already closed for the day. Because the prescription was sent electronically, I was told it couldn't simply be transferred to another pharmacy. For something as critical as post-surgical pain management, proactive communication is essential. Being surprised at closing time left me scrambling and concerned about managing pain once my nerve block wears off. I understand that supply issues can happen, but better communication could have prevented a very stressful situation.

I looked into the old pharmacist, and apparently I'm not the only person he's done this to.
