No communication with customers waiting for vaccinations when the wait will be an hour past appointment time...with no one waiting ahead of you! And the pharmacist is dismissive, too good for you, and way too busy to bother with mere patients. Other staff are fine, but complain about the slow computer system when trying to help you. I go maybe once a month to get what I need and all the employees there are friendly. The woman that works in the pharmacy actually remembers my name when it comes time to check out which amazes me since I'm not there very often. If I go in alone, they ask about my daughter and make small talk. The store is clean and has a good selection and this Duane Reade in particular puts a lot of stuff on clearance which I love. The shopping Center itself is not in good shape but the store is great.

I like these water wipes that are natural that are not carried everywhere. The Burts Bees products are great as well. I will continue to visit this Duane Reade. A few of the services they provide includes pharmacy, over the counter medications, baby products, beauty products, photo printing, snacks, a few groceries, oral hygiene, hair products, etc. Their Staff and pharmacist have been very friendly and welcoming to all costumers. Their pharmacy service has been excellent, they give costumers phone calls and reminders for medication pick-up or for updating prescriptions. In my personal experience, staff has proven their honesty with costumers and is very caring. This business has helped me and family in so many ways and in so many times. With the present pandemic, CVS has been very active in Covid testing and administering Covid-19 vaccinations to all in need. The company maintains a strong commitment to continue vaccinations and testing as well as optimizing site locations. This will continue to be my primary pharmacy.
