The contractor(s) from New Image Restoration removed and disposed of approx. 2' x 4' x 2' x 4' of the ceiling (sheetrock) that exhibited signs of mold, treated the exposed wood with a mold and mildew killer, identified the source of a leak, and recommended that I hire a plumber. I found the quality of the work to be satisfactory however, the identification of the leak was inaccurate, as no pipes were found to be leaking. The contractors were courteous and presented identification upon request before entering my home. Nevertheless, I consider the cost of the work particularly expensive for seniors given that it represents only (1) component of a (3) part job. Additionally, I was asked to sign a blank contract that stipulated a 50% charge, the cost was not explicitly detailed in the agreement. I had to inquire further to clarify this matter. Despite the fact that New Image Restoration was aware of my insurance company's $500 deductible, I was required to pay (2) both payments of $500 plus. Moreover, I began to receive multiple invoices totaling over $1,500 for services such as drywall repair, patchwork, priming, and painting, which were not performed by New Image Restoration or Super Steamer Carpet. It was also concerning to discover that New Image Restoration billed me through a subcontractor, Super Steamer Carpet, without prior notification regarding the involvement of subcontractors. Ultimately, I found it necessary to hire multiple contractors to complete the work on the ceiling mold issue. This experience has underscored the importance of inquiring about the entire scope of a project, including a comprehensive written description and a complete estimation of costs, accounting for any deductions.

They got paint on my kitchen sink, poured paint down the drain in the kitchen sink. My tub, sink and fixtures in the bathroom have paint specks that won't come out and my brand new oven has paint on it. They borrowed my hair blower and it has paint on it. They didn't prime me radiator covers before painting and the old paint is coming through. They also got paint on my coat that won't come out. DO NOT HIRE THEM TO DO ANYTHING BUT RIP THINGS APART BECAUSE HE DOES NOT HAVE ONE PROFESSIONAL PAINTER OR CARPENTER ON HIS TEAM!!! I could post more pictures but you get the idea. I do love the floor they put in the kitchen but they aren't worth the headache. Lou kept bragging about how much he spent on the paint and I kept reminding him that I paid for the paint and it doesn't matter if you get the best paint in the world if the people using it don't know how to paint.

A nightmare you should avoid at all costs…read more   They replaced my roof in late 2022. Issues started when the materials arrived, but installation was never scheduled. After a month I called them to ask about it and the response was "Oh this wasn't completed already?"    They did the work. Shortly after this I had my HVAC replaced including a unit on my roof. Shortly after that I had a roof leak that made its way down to the 1st floor of my home. Phoenix inspected everything, patched the leak, and passed the blame right to the HVAC company. From my understanding the HVAC company hooked up the new unit to my existing exhaust from inside and did not change anything on my roof. Someone was lying somewhere. Blame got passed around, no one ever fixed the cosmetic damage.   Shortly after this, I got a leak in my back bedroom. Phoenix Roofing came out and "fixed" it. The next time it rained the leak came back. They came out again, and this guy informed me "Oh yeah there is a big hole in the (2 year old) roof." When I spoke to the rep, they told me "Flat roofs need maintenance every two years, this is normal." I lived in my old home for 10+ years with a flat roof and I never had a leak. I had lived in this home for 5 years and had not had a leak. This roof leaks within 2 years, and it is just due to "maintenance?" Not buying it. The rep also told me that the cosmetic damage would be covered under warranty. They sent someone out to look at the damage who said they would get back to me about it. That didn't happen. I followed up, someone came, and again they never got back to me.    After this, a porting of my exterior was staying wet far longer than everywhere else after rain, and rain was just dripping from the roof near that area and not all draining down the gutters. I spoke to the rep again who told me "There is water on the ground, I do not know what to tell you. Make sure to get your gutters cleaned." Totally ignoring the staining on my exterior.    I had the gutters inspected and cleaned like the Phoenix Roofing rep suggested. They werent really dirty, but there were some roofing materials in the gutters that the Phoenix Rep said would wash away normally when I sent him the photo of what was found. The issue persisted. I got a second opinion on my gutters from another company who took my downspout apart and said everything was fine, but maybe I should get the underground drain cleared. I spent $900 on that, and there was nothing of consequence removed. Meanwhile the issue with my exterior persisted and has gotten worse. I had a roofing company come out to inspect the roof, who informed me that "The roof in that section looks wavy, you need to have the company your roofing warranty is under come out and fix this". They believe the fascia board connecting my gutters to the roof is leaking into my exterior soffit. Facia board that should have been inspected/replaced when I had my whole roof replaced by Phoenix Roofing in 2022. I had another roofing company look as well, and they told me the same thing: something from the roof/gutter is causing a leak into my exterior soffit. Anecdotally, the first company who looked at my roof told me "There is no way this whole roof was replaced in 2022. It looks old/terrible." Regardless, neither company would fix the issue because my gutters are attached to my roof and my roof is under warranty with Phoenix Roofing.    BUT NO ONE FROM PHOENIX WILL PICK UP THE PHONE. I have called their main line using multiple numbers and it just rings and hangs up. I have called the rep directly and the line goes to a very unprofessional voicemail with a full mailbox. I have sent emails and text messages which have been ignored. I understand that I have reached out to them many times and they no longer want to deal with me. But I have a warranty, and my reaching out is because of problems they created, never rectified or are ignoring. At this point I am going to have to pay another roofing company to fix this issue regardless of my warranty just to prevent long term damage to my property.

I gave them 5 stars initially. Now, less than 2 years later, a leak in the roof damaged the ceiling in my family room. I reached out to Phoenix over a month ago, and no one has come to see the damage or make repairs. One of the owners of the company put me in touch with someone who worked on my job, but no longer works for them. Someone was supposed to come by this past Saturday (3/7/26) to assess the damage. That person was a no call/ no show. Phoenix is failing to stand behind the work they perform and failing to honor their warranty. If you're thinking about using them, consider yourself warned.

Everything sounded great…read morehowever when the work did start we found out he didnt have all his permits together which slowed down the process of the house rebuild. We were out of our home for almost 2 years after he told us when we hired him he needed 9 months. He subcontracts out for each job in the house. I have a list of thing that did not get done and a list of things they were done very sloppy. From smoked damaged doors frames, terrible paint job that was not completed, we still have spackle marks that never got sanded and painted over, we have a lot of areas where the paint is unfinished. Leaks from the one of the upstairs bathrooms that left water stairs on the ceiling downstairs. Closet doors don't stay shut, bedroom door still can just be pushed open even when locked, Bathroom door has a big gap when closed so you can still see in, stairs never got a clear poxy coat over the stain so the stain in worn. We were suppose to have the patio that needed to be dug up replaced but smaller to give us more yard room, instead nothing was done leaving the yard to be a nightmare of just dirt a uneven ground. Gaps in the exterior doors where we can see sunlight coming into the house also bringing in mice so we had to have an exterminator. His electrician wouldnt run the main electrical line to the house so we needed to figure that out. Beeping in 2 of the smoke detectors kept going off during the rebuild process so instead of replacing these during the build they removed them and never replaced them. Exterior doors never painted one exterior doors never had its hardware put on. We were suppose to get a tile backsplash in the kitchen, that was never installed. The floor his guys put down is coming up all over the house because it wasnt installed properly. We were suppose to have a hallway closet upstairs, the inside of the closet still has unfinished drywall, no shelves or door so its just an empty hole in the wall right now. One of the front windows does not open and shut properly. The communication was terrible the entire time and he seemed to be very short and have an attitude with us. He now just sued us for the $13,000 that wasnt paid. We dropped the ball with filing an appeal because we have 4 kids and both have full time job. We are both very busy and missed the deadline. I would never recommend him to anybody.

Andrew was amazing in coming and saving the day to clean up the mess before a wedding was to come that weekend. The most recent occurrence was dealing with a lot of mold that had built up in my sisters apartment due to a leaky window and rotted sill. Andrew arrived at 6 AM and set up a protected barrier around the affected area and attached a sanitation fan. Then he used a massive commercial UV fan to kill any other spores in the air in her apartment. These units ran for two straight days while my sister stayed with me. Andrew also cleaned the carpets and used a HEPA filter vacuum to do the final cleaning . When Lisa returned to her apartment yesterday, for the first time in many years she was not wheezy, and her sinuses felt clear. This is a miracle and one that she welcomed after many years of suffering due to the mold side effects. Thank you Andrew for your professionalism and prompt response in helping us out. Don't go anywhere else... Andrew is the real deal so just hire him to get it right!
