Had glass door swing door installed in March of 2021. Had some problems right off the bat and…read morecompany returned and said they fixed it but in reality it was a temporary fix. 6 months or so went by and we noticed the door was rubbing a bit when it closes. No biggie thought it just needed an adjustment. Saved doing the adjustment for ourselves during a slower time of year and figured it was something minor. When that time came we found out the original fix they did was just a patch. They used some rubbery glue type substance to fix it. See photos. Anyhow called the company and asked them to come out and fix it. Cheryl said they no longer work in Nevada for smaller jobs and to call someone else. Said door was out of warranty. I explained I realize we should have originally called you right when the problem started happening again and am willing to pay for the repair this time but still no go. Got the we are just too busy to do any small work in your area right now and she said that was coming directly from the owner after she explained to him our issues. Moral of the story is had it been repaired/adjusted correctly the first time we wouldn't have had this issue down the road. Company said they no longer do "small" work in Nevada as well.

Hubs and I walked in and browsed the gorgeous inventory. He had dressers, armoires, buffets, dining sets, end tables, headboards, etc. The pieces range in the type of wood to the variety of styles...mid century, New England, modern, Quaker, Scandinavian, etc. He had pieces that were unfinished that you can stain yourself if you prefer DIYs. Plus if he doesn't have it in stock, you might be able to work with him to order through the manufacturers catalog. However this quality furniture is not cheap. This isn't IKEA or Target. This furniture will last generations even with daily usage, think heirloom quality. He does also has small gift type items with a smaller price tag. Those items vary from trinket boxes, wind chimes, stain glass ornaments, table clocks, framed mirrors, etc. This place is worth a drop in if you are in the area.
