Dishonest work. I…read moreusually change my own oil and oil filter every 5000 miles, but I needed it done last minute before a road trip. I called ahead and asked if I could bring my own (preferred) oil and oil filter and just pay for labor. They had no problem with it--I'm ecstatic! So I bring my vehicle in, provided my own items, paid $60 for labor, and then made my way. (If you've been to one of these places you'll know they open your hood to in advance to run their multi-point inspection of sorts, and to pour oil in once it drains. But you can't see what they're doing below your vehicle.) 5000 miles later, I go to change my own oil and oil filter only to find out that they used a smaller than OEM oil drain plug, and they didn't even use my $20 K&N oil filter and instead used a low quality $7 Ecogard one! In the end, I had to buy and order the correct oil drain plug and a quality oil filter. If it's just an oil change, go for it--their prices aren't bad. But if you care for your vehicle, want it to last, and appreciate quality parts for your investment, try elsewhere.

I had to wait in line about 45 minutes, but never had to get out of my car. This location is so close to downtown, I'm sure it's much quicker not near rush hours. I could tell they were working as quick as they could, which was nice. And as far as I know everything looked good under the hood. I had to laugh that I overheard the mechanic recommend to the car next to me "yeah... you probably need, like, a new car..." Like, damn, that's some real advice.

They called and said, I would have to wait until Monday because they had to order the tire. They also said, one of their other locations had the tire. Later I realized it seemed like he was dealing with being short staffed or something. I say this because typically the person who is "up top" doesn't go "down" to drain oil. This made me a little sympathetic. Fast forward to him telling me how much it was, paying, and then looking at sheet where it says "so and so" checked, such as air filter & windshield wiper it SAID "OK" but nothing was checked, period. Drain oil, put more in & show dip stick & right left reverse lights BYE. Called manager & he never apologized... said to come back & he would check it. No I'm not coming back over 30 mins away, I stopped in after visiting my Mother & went to the first Express I saw. I shouldn't have to come back in the first place. They checked anything needed to be checked and provided me of a good diagnostic for absolutely no extra cost. The mechanic that inverted the tires recognized a problem on the exhaust line that I knew it was there but I guarantee that only a professional could catch without a deep inspection.
