There gonna want to charge me for missing my appointment but why should I pay if they won't answer. I literally called 15 times today. I called Tuesday. I called the week before that. I should have known to walk out the second I stepped foot in this disgusting shamble of a "business." First off, the people at the front desk are not nice people. The place is not clean, there is crap everywhere, all the equipment is outdated and the tech and Dr. did not wipe any of it down when I had to put my chin and forehead on it. Nor did they wipe it afterwards. I was in there for about 15 min, I was not asked if I had any sort of questions by the dr. It was like I was the next on her list and onto the next. I am convinced that my prescription isn't even accurate because of how crappy and old their equipment was. 5 minutes after the exam the doctor goes, okay now go sit with so and so and she will help you pick out glasses. Her desk along with another girls desk is backed up to the frames wall so you can barely even walk in between them to try glasses on. There are barely any mirrors and the glasses were all dated and cheap looking. Is this place actually serious?! Please do not go here. That being said, I will be going to another doctor for a second exam.

The nurses have had arguments in front of me and been yelling at each other with me in the office. Also, I had an appointment now to come in for my annual exam and the doctor has cancelled on me 3x and this last time I showed up in the office and the doctor had literally left. Not a single phone call, absolutely nothing this last time after I left work to drive all the way here. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Horrible service and lack of ability to treat patient. Everyone should move if you're a patient here because there's definitely better doctors out there then at this location. In addition, I have watched them overcharge glasses to patients but then charge nothing to patients they know. it's ridiculous- totally unprofessional and I've had it with my experience here.

They then asked if I wanted to submit the charge to Medicare, I agreed. Medicare did not cover this service, which Im sure they knew Medicare wouldn't, then they sent me a bill for $160. When I asked why they said because Medicare did not pay, I explained that I was quoted $114 and paid that amount. They then said that if they didn't submit the charge to Medicare I would only have had to pay the quoted price, but because they submitted it and Medicare refused, I was now responsible for an additional $160. It makes absolutely no sense, I refused to pay but they keep sending me a bill every month.
