The customer service was fast and efficient and I was able to get a custom cake within a 72 hour timeframe. I got a custom space (Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy) cake within a carrot base. The carrot cake was great, with some walnuts and raisins to give a varied texture to the cake. The carrot cake itself was delightful as it was moist and spiced. The buttercream icing and decorations were done to spec and was the perfect surprise for my girlfriend! A warning for the dark blue icing is that it stains teeth and clothes somewhat! I do wish there was an option to have some cream cheese icing elements as that would have gone perfectly with the carrot cake!
