They told me it would take two days to do the job, they had my bike for two weeks and did a REALLY crappy job that I will have to have done by someone who knows what they are doing. In addition, they damaged my bike and powder coated parts I didn't want powder coated. Now, not only do I have to have the whole bike redone, I have to replace the parts the powder coated without my consent. STAY AWAY!!!! If there was a negative star rating I would have given that but I had to give one star to get my review published.

If you cannot offer a service why would you say you can take someone else's money for reservation of appointment. I have photos with geo tag saying the burn down happened before my appointment. If you needed money to rebuild your business then just say so and be honest instead of leading people on and continually pushing out their appointment dates. One of the dirt bikes didn't come with a charger and one of the dirt bikes didn't come with a MCO. So not only can I not go to the DMV and get one of the bikes registered I had to buy a charger for one of them to even use it.... I have called and spoke to at least 8 different people and get the runaround every single time. I'm told every time they will call back and never once have I received a call back. I purchased by bikes 1 month ago and have still gotten nowhere with anyone. Trent, Kyle, Cason... You guys should feel ashamed in yourselves. This place is great and responsive until they get your money then they completely ghost you. Its truly shameful.
