If you cannot offer a service why would you say you can take someone else's money for reservation of appointment. I have photos with geo tag saying the burn down happened before my appointment. If you needed money to rebuild your business then just say so and be honest instead of leading people on and continually pushing out their appointment dates. While then allowing the customer know that you do NOT offer refunds for 200$ reservations. At 3 stars until he shows up and does what I paid for almost 2 weeks ago
