I moved to this location from the one in Irving because it had more appointments available. I was quiet and quite nice. I liked it. Now on to my doctor, Dr Gray. I hadn't seen her much at the Irving location but I saw her a lot more here. It's smaller, more intimate. I looked forward to going here and seeing her and her staff. However, I gained 60 pounds. 60! And no one was concerned or anything. Also I got the vibe that she just didn't really care. Other doctors would coo over their pregnant patients but mine just did her job and left. It was fine at the time and I was happy with the treatment but I wish I would've been warned about the amount of weight I gained. Also I told them that I had not felt the baby move in a day or so and they quickly took me to a sonogram and she, Stephanie, took her time to comfort me that he was okay. After I had my son, I came back for a 6 week check up. She did not deliver me, keep that in mind. I saw her in her office but I ended up having the midwife which was okay because I loved her! I got started on birth control. She said "I'll be right back, I'm gonna see if you need to come back since you started on the pill." She came back and said "You're good to go!" No one checked my stitches, no one discussed all that I can do now having been 6 weeks postpartum, nothing. They told me to come in for a pap smear in December and that was it. All the other women I know ALWAYS got their stitched checked to make sure everything was healing properly....... Needless to say, I didn't really feel valued or cared for. My son was healthy and happy, as was I, but I was looking for more in a doctor caring for me during my pregnancy. read more

I had an appointment this morning with Elia Fanous at MacArthur Obgyn at HEB. Upon our arrival the receptionist was very efficient and friendly, the office was nice and clean. My appointment started on time. The nurse was very friendly and helpful. Doctor Fanous was awesome! He's very knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease. I must admit i was a little nervous before i went to my appointment but meeting with Dr Fanous and all the staff was a breath of fresh air. Long story short - Questionable ethics and policies observed in this practice leads me to advise women they'd best seek services elsewhere. I'd recently moved and MacArthur were on my list of UHC providers so I booked an appointment for a well woman exam. What I received was a poorly-executed blood pressure check (systolic was 45 pts above my normal range and they didn't see fit to re-do; I did, 20 minutes after exiting, and it was normal), a pap smear, and the advisement by a midwife that services I was seeking were not part of their "policy." I get we live in litigious times, but 10% of women taking birth control pills in America today are over the age of 40 - their policy on this subject matter seemed anachronistic and out of touch with current research. I called UHC after my visit and they advised me to speak with MacArthur's office manager to explain I'd need to seek services elsewhere and couldn't afford to waste my one annual well woman exam on what had transpired in their office. The office manager agreed a cash payment of $175 payment that day, in addition to the $25 I paid when I visited the facility, would close the matter and I never thought of it again. That is, until I then began receiving statements from UHC and MacArthur both regarding claims. Apparently the office took my cash payment *and* still filled with UHC, an "accounting" which has left me with a $40 balance, despite the information provided by the officer manager when payment was made. I've written them, asking for resolution, and they've failed to contact me at all - well, save collection notices. The whole experience felt less like a medical practice and more like a used car dealership. Caveat emptor! read more

My expirience at this office was so wonderful! The entire staff is outstanding with friendly-professional personalities. I was seen so quickly, almost no wait time. Dr. Livingston and Gina were both terrific. They made my expirience with Essure a very pleasant, quick, and easy one. It took less than 2 minutes and surprisingly it was a very painless procedure. I have been going to see Dr. Dominique and her Nurse Ruby @ Macarthur OBGYN in Euless for my prenatal visits and couldn't be happier with them!  Dr. Dominique and Nurse Ruby have been great with making me feel comfortable and answering any and all of mine and my husbands questions.  The management staff are very helpful with me on scheduling appointments (the best they can)  around my work schedule.  However, the collection agent behavior when I had to repeat myself every visit for 3 months about waiting for my secondary insurance to cover the bill was frustrating and stressful. Because, I love my doctor and nurse, I will stay at Macarthur OBGYN in Euless and plan to have my regular OBGYN appointments with them after I deliver.  Also, blood work is either done across the courtyard or right across the street which is really convenient.  Thank goodness! Run, don't walk, away from this place! The office staff and medical assistants were friendly and helpful, but Dr Dominique was rude, condescending and extremely dismissive. I wouldn't see her again if she were the last doctor on earth. I left my appointment in tears. She obviously didn't care about my pain or issues and only spent less than 5 minutes with me. I've never been treated so poorly by a doctor before. read more

This is a great office. They have excellent attention to detail, with calls to confirm your appointment, online access to your patient chart, and friendly staff that doesn't rush you out the door. Very nice office, too. I was supposed to see Dr. Gray but she had to deliver a baby, so I saw the physician's assistant (Allie) instead. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. If you need blood work you can just walk across the courtyard to the lab - super convenient. Couldn't ask for anything more. My first OB was great disappointment, but Dr. Livingston has done a great job in making sure my pregnancy has progressed properly and quickly. I have been going to see Dr Grey and Dr Kim for my prenatal visits. Dr Grey or Rachel I would normally see. ( Dr Grey has been out of the office twice since my visits so I see Rachel when shes out) Kim has been great with my gestational diabetes visits and I couldn't be any more happier with her. It's really sad that you find good doctors just for the staff to be bad. My daughter does to the Grand Prairie location she had some blood work done a few weeks ago. She got a call that her blood was contaminated and she would have to come back and do it all again booked her apt. Waited in the car like told after sitting there for 25 min we called to be told for some reason she was to be at the Euless office. The female at the Euless office said don't worry go to quest so you don't have to drive out here. Go to quest they say there is nothing from the doctors office sit there for an hour. Finally fax comes there for quest to say they don't do the types of test and don't even know what they are. I called Euless office while waiting at quest asked to speak with officer manager to just be passed around to 3 people. The last female was very rude said she don't know why she's talking to me since my child is 20. I said "I'm not sure why I am talking with you either since I have asked for a office manager". I was told I could not speak with the office manger since I am not a patient (well I am but wasn't even asked). She then said the manager would call me back, I told her I would like to wait for her to get on the phone she said she would tell her to call me and hung up on me. That's how they treat people after they made so many mistakes just hang up. I called back again got the office managers name "Eric Cox" left her a voicemail and have yet to hear back from her. I ended up having to take her to Euless anyone so we spent 3 hours for a 3 min stick to get blood. Tried to speak with officer manager there to be told she works out of the Irving location. read more

Dr. Gray is great she will do anything to try to make you comfortable. You can get your results online so you don't have to wait for a phone call. The facility is clean and modern. The staff keeps you informed on any steps that need to be taken next as far as your health care plan. I never have to wait a long time either. They have kept me updated on my babies health. I couldn't be more pleased and grateful for everything that Dr. Freeman and the entire staff have done for me. This is my first pregnancy and I'm expecting twins. For obvious reasons I've had many questions and concerns. Dr. Freeman and all of the staff in this office have not only taken wonderful care of myself and the babies, but they have been very genuine about every little detail that I've had to address during my pregnancy. I don't feel like just a patient... I truly feel like they are personally interested in every single thing that happens with me. I've never experienced that with any other physician in my life. My experience with this office has been horrible. The wait time is an hour and a half with several people getting there after me And still getting called before me. I've never actually seen my doctor( Dr.Grey),only a midwife( and I'm not pregnant), and our interactions have been about 5 minutes. I moved from the Irving office, and ever since I have seen more and more problems and have felt less and less care about. If you want a doctor that actually cares about your well being, find someone who isn't so "overbooked". read more

I switched to Rachel Zimmer, CNM at 27 weeks of pregnancy (this is my third). Despite a scheduling issue I had with my first appointment, the office staff has been great. The office offers an online portal where you can check test results, which is great since offices usually only call when results are negative. I've also had great success reaching the staff via their online portal. I've seen Rachel 3 times and she has been great each time. The nurses at the Westpark office have also been very nice. I would definitely make sure you know which facility your appointment is confirmed for to avoid any scheduling issues. Rachel Zimmer is the only CNM with privileges at Texas Health HEB. I will update my review after the birth. I don't feel like I can give 5 stars until I see how that goes. read more

I moved to Texas from NJ, and I was so upset to have left my ob/gyn. I did go to another doctor in mesquite and I wasn't entirely pleased with him. Im very picky when it comes to doctors for my family and myself. I researched and researched and found Macarthur OB/GYN and decided to give them a try. First of all Dr. Wagner is awesome! The front and back and al staff for that matter are super friendly and make you feel so comfortable! It doesn't feel pressured, or like they are rushing you. Dr. Wagner takes his time to talk to you and explain things to you. The front staff have helped me tremendously also! My 5 year old and new baby will be attending their pediatrics section as well. Also a great thing about them is that you do all your test and ultrasounds in the facilities, which many doctors don't offer! My name is Lauren and we are having a little girl. This is my second pregnancy and is already much harder than it was with my son. Thankfully, I have a much better doctors office to go to this time around. The staff at Macarthur OB/GYN are very patient and understanding and have been able to keep me calm throughout the entire process. One of the lab techs, Alicia, is my absolute favorite. I hate getting my blood drawn (I have a tendency to pass out), but Alicia has a way of making me laugh and getting through it very quickly. I had to do the three-hour glucose test, meaning my blood was drawn 4 times within three hours, and she made it a breeze! Don't know what I would do without her! read more

I have been going to Dr. Reshma Patel from beginning of my pregnancy. She is very patiences with you, answers all your questions and very concerned about your health. Also all the staff of the Macarthur OBGYN are very friendly and helpful.They seem busy every time i visit but somehow manages time to explain you your needs and questions. If you have any problem and call them, they will return your call within an hr or two. Not only that but they will call you back next day just to make sure you are doing fine. All the staffs are very polite and gentle. Another thing i like about this place is they always send you a text reminder of your appointment. I have been going to MacArthur ob/gyn for yrs now and they are so helpful with everything I need . I first had endometriosis and they helped with my pain and now I'm 7 months pregnant thanks to their help and gods grace . If your looking for a fantastic doctor and nurse go see dr.
