They come with a filling of jelly, Nutella or cream. I highly recommend trying a few of those. The focaccia (Italian flatbread) here is excellent as well, and like the bombolone, they have a lot to choose from. Keep in mind that this place has a limited amount of seating and is more of a takeout kind of place. Their prices are also not cheap. For example, the bombolone is around $6 each.
