The nachos are amazing! It's my top choice of food trucks in the area. Prices are reasonable.

We ate off napkins 4-we're seniors and don't eat much so shared a meal. The meal came with no extra plate. To her credit the waitress asked if I wanted a plate. Weird that she'd have to ask. Unlikely that I'd reach across the table. Normal customer service. So far...nothing to make us reconsider coming here. Until we talked with the manager. He didn't even pretend to listen to us. He kept trying to justify the fee but refused to listen to our concerns. Tried to make our concerns clear..,told him the FOOD and WAITRESS STAFF were great!! Told him we're long time customers And stopped here every time we come thru this area, which is often. I explained the $3.95 was reasonable IF it were coupled with reasonable customer service policies. instead of listening or even pretending to listen he simply talked about cost of food etc IF he would've practiced customer service and listened (or even pretended to)... he would still have us as customers. He didn't seem concerned at all when we told him we're wouldn't be back. TO MANAGER...please learn to listen. Customers like to feel valued. Our $ may not be important to you...but youll lose more customers if you can't smile, pretend to listen, and thank your customers for coming. Easy trade off. OR maybe you could raise the setup fee to offset lost business. Iowa former customers

A hidden gem in Blackwell, Oklahoma off Interstate 35. If you don't know about this place, you…read moreshould certainly give it a try. If you do, you'll know why it has over 1000 Google reviews and why so many people like it. I was traveling with a group of friends through this area and we didn't have much time to eat. We were looking for something better than fast casual, but also not a sit down place that would take 20 minutes to make our food. Los Potros hit that fine line and I was extremely satisfied. Their menu wasn't extremely long and they had multiple options for select food preferences. Service was incredible with very friendly staff who were very attentive. Plus you get complimentary Chips and Salsa which isn't always offered in every Mexican Restaurant. I ended up getting a Molcajete which was beyond incredible. The Molcajete was packed with Steak, Chicken, Shrimp and Fajita Veggies. The portion size was HUGE. Enough for 2-3 meals for myself and I eat decently large meals. Whether you're traveling and passing through or you live near this area, Los Potros is worth the stop. You'll find great value for some incredible food and you won't leave disappointed.

Love enthusiastic food reviews like this Here you go:…read more --- If you're anywhere near Edmond and not stopping at Cafe Sol Taco Truck, you are seriously missing out. I ordered the asada fries and I'm still thinking about them. Absolute perfection. The fries were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and loaded (and I mean LOADED) with perfectly seasoned carne asada. The steak was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor -- not dry, not chewy, just melt-in-your-mouth good. The toppings were fresh and balanced everything out beautifully. Creamy sauce, fresh pico, just the right amount of cheese -- every bite had the perfect mix. It wasn't just "good food truck food." It was legitimately some of the best asada fries I've had anywhere. You can tell they care about quality and flavor. Everything tasted fresh, hot, and made to order. On top of that, the service was friendly and welcoming -- the kind of place that makes you want to come back and try everything else on the menu. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the flavor is next level. 10/10. Will absolutely be back. Edmond is lucky to have this gem.

Sadly we were halfway through our to-go order before I even thought about taking a picture, so I don't have anything to show you, but take my word for it, the food here is AMAZING. But that's not why I wanted to write this review. One of the things we love most about Cafe Sol is how the people who work there make us feel when we visit. Tonight we had a coupon code (ya gotta sign up for their list, yo!) for free chips n dips, but you had to place your order online. We were in the area, so we just decided to go inside and order our food and wait for it. Even though we were just sitting on the waiting bench at the entrance, a lovely and kind employee named Cass still took the time to greet us, ask us if there was anything we needed, and invited us to sit at a booth while we waited for our order. She even stayed at the table to make sure our online order captured everything we wanted, including extra creamy jalepeno sauce (our fave). After offering to make sure we would have plenty of all the sauces, she brought us chips and salsa (and MORE SAUCES) to snack on while we waited, PLUS invited us to help ourselves to a beverage. All of this hospitality is standard for what we've come to expect from Cafe Sol, but we just wanted to say thank you again to Cass. We didn't have the best day today, but she absolutely made our evening!

They advertise as authentic Mexican and they are, with what I would call a little TexMex added in here and there. It was and excellent find for us. Two of the best plates of Mexican food that we have had, in small town Oklahoma restaurants. Nothing bland from the salsa to the beans, excellent spicy flavors. My wife had the Fried Tamales. Two fried until golden brown, topped with tomatillo salsa verde and queso blanco, garnished with diced tomatoes and cilantro. Served with rice and beans. For me the Papa Poblano. It was a different presentation of my favorite Mexican food items. An amazing combination of a deep-fried cheese filled Chile Relleno rolled up in a slab of fajita beef, topped with sauteed shrimp in a creamy mushroom chipotle sauce, garnished with diced tomatoes and cilantro. It is difficult to explain how delicious this combination was. The creamy cheesy spicy chipotle sauce made the meal. On the side, the perfect charro beans, topped with fresh chopped jalapeno, tomato and onion. These 5-star meals you have to try. They favor TexMex in presentation and spiciness. A great Mexican restaurant, attractive décor, comfortable chairs and booths, with small town friendly service. Beer and Tequila is available. Their menu can be found online.
