The Pecan Wood is so unique- never seen it before now and I'm not sure why as the smoked nutty flavor is exceptional. They also carry a variety of cheeses from a local FL dairy farm- I got the sliced white cheddar and made a steak sandwich with their thin sliced rib eye...WOW it was truly amazing.
