I was feeling under the weather, so my boyfriend brought home Mac Pho. I had never heard of it before and honestly didn't expect Stockton to have good pho--but I was pleasantly surprised! The portions here are huge; I divided my bowl into 2 servings. They really loaded it up with brisket, and the tendon and tripe were delicious. The broth was flavorful, and the noodles had a great texture. We got extra tripe and it was worth it! They gave us so much. Overall, Mac Pho turned out to be a solid spot for pho--definitely worth a visit! It was already really good to-go so it might be even better in person.

This place has a wide arrange of items in their menu. Things you really can't find at other restaurants in the area. I ordered the rice congee with liver and pork insides for my cold. Food is always fast and the servers are nice and sweet. Clean shop also!

I was taking a roadtrip and stopped by here for some Pho. The food is pretty cheap! And I felt like we were treated nicely. Note that you can pay by Venmo, Zelle or Cash. Credit card will have an up charge.

First time trying this pho spot. Ordered R20. Steamed Brown Chicken with Chicken Rice (Com G Hi Nam) to-go because I was craving something light. I am incredibly disappointed and disgusted at my meal. First of all, the chicken was undercooked and looked like blood from possibly the cartilage leaking everywhere. The meat was so red. In addition, there was gelatin that must have formed from it sitting out. My meal was pretty cold and I am not how long it has been sittiout. Not to mention, this dish was 75% bone. There was barely any meat on it. I am very disappointed I wasted my money on a meal I barely touched. I won't be coming back.

Papaya Salad: Fresh, bright, and a great healthy appetizer! Garlic Butter Soft Shell Crab: I appreciated the quality of the soft shell crab, which was crispy and rich. Shaken Beef: This was one of my favorite dishes. It came out steaming house, and the beef was teender and flavorful. Garlic Noodles: While these were simple, these buttery noodles satisfied our cravings. Rockfish: This was the final dish we all tried, which was a huge portion size. Besides navigating the bones, the fish was of quality and went well with the side noodles, vegetables, and fish sauce. Great experience with a variety of dishes!

Safe to say everything was delicious! We started with the grilled garlic butter oysters and wow... super rich, buttery, and packed with flavor. Definitely a must order! Got the garlic noodles too really good, but lowkey wish we had gone with the lobster noodles or blue prawn noodles instead. A picture of them popped up on the TV while we were waiting and they looked insanely good... instant food envy. The dodging cow was another standout. The combo of garlic, steak, and onions just worked so well together tons of flavor in every bite. Juicy and tender with every bite! Also tried the banh mi fries, which were a fun twist. The pickled veggies kept things fresh, jalapeños added a nice kick, and the fries stayed crispy underneath it all. While we waited, I grabbed a Thai IPA, super hoppy, refreshing, and perfect for a warm day. Service was great too. Staff was friendly, attentive, and gave solid recommendations! I wish we would've tried more dishes! Overall, really good eats and a great vibe. Definitely a spot we'll be coming back to.

It's also lacking in pepper, and the Vietnamese butter/mayo is also a bit bland. It just tastes creamy and is missing that meat flavor! The combination pate came with this sauce which was slightly savory and a little sweet. It was good and I liked it! They skimp on the proteins though, as I only had about 3 slices of cold cuts in my sandwich and not enough cilantro. You're eating more bread here than anything. The pate chaud was good, really buttery on the outside and the meat inside was tender. Flaky, but could be flakier! The service was really good, but the banh mi was just alright. Most likely won't be returning, I still love Best Sandwiches and Smoothies on Hammer for my banh mi in Stockton!

I am Mexican with 1st generation parents we only ate Mexican food and some Filipino food because my grandpa had a lot of Filipino friends. Over the years I had the pleasure of eating this dish from many Vietnamese families and as I got older I've gone to restaurants from here in the Central Valley all the way to the bay. THIS PLACE hands down is 100% the best pho I've ever had in my life! I didn't have a go to spot as every place I had been to is inconsistent or just falls short. I've been going here for almost a year now. I have brought over everyone I possibly could to try this place and they are all singing while they eat. ITS THAT GOOD! The broth is absolute heaven!!! I would buy just the broth if I could. I always ask for extra noodles because I'm a noodle head lol and the meat portions they give are perfect! All my friends I have brought have switched to only buy Pho here. They always tell me they can't wait to bring their loved ones as well. The host is always amazing and he always shows out for his guest which I really appreciate. Easy to talk to, and even when the place is packed I don't feel short handed by him. I've had their spring rolls and egg rolls and they are also very delicious. I've also ordered their coffee Carmel boba I believe it's called and oh my lanta. I may just have to get one every time I come as my sweet treat. I'm not a sweets girls unless it comes to a sweet coffee or bread. The only thing I've ordered from here that I didn't like were their fruit flavored smoothies. I had ordered the watermelon and strawberry my kids didn't finish them and when I tasted them they seemed very artificial. We ended up tossing which I felt very bad for. The ambiance is a bit outdated but I don't care. It makes me feel like the food just speaks for itself and the decor itself is just going to be what it is. Overall this place is a HANDS DOWN THE BEST PLACE TO GET PHO! I'll come here even on hot summer days for their pho!
