The bouquet arrived with one singe rose. (not at all what was pictured, there should have been several) It was a very odd looking bouquet and less than what we paid for. Another problem is the flowers do not last at all. This florist packs a lot of leaves and greenery submerged in the water, the leaves quickly begin to rot, then the flowers die. A good florist only has stems submerged. I have never had flowers die so quickly. There are other fillers that can be used and other ways to stabilize a bouquet. Can't pay that much money for flowers they die within the first day or two.

I was called one morning to say that they were attempting to deliver the flowers but didn't have a code for the gate. I returned the call in 3 minutes - literally 3 minutes - and didn't get an answer. I called later in the day and no one answered at the business number well within business hours. (I went back and forth trying to get answers and talking with representatives for the next couple of days; apparently their stated business hours are just a suggestion, because those hours are not adhered to at all.) The next day their representative lied and said that the flowers were left at the reception desk. THERE IS NO RECEPTION DESK! After 4 days of trying to get the item delivered I told them I would drive over and pick up the flowers myself. I followed their directions to a "T", yet when I got there no one answered the door. I literally had to lay on my car horn for more than 60 seconds to get someone to come to the door. I have no idea why 1800Flowers uses them. This is the worst delivery experience of any kind that I've had in years. Additionally, I've received several other arrangements and had several deliveries this month - none of them had a problem following directions to get my delivery to me.
