I headed straight for the tool section, where Jude helped me track down the exact drill bits I needed. Both Jude and Nathan were excellent--helpful, patient, and friendly. The product selection is solid, but what really stood out is the level of customer service. It's rare these days to find retail staff who go above and beyond, and these two certainly did (even humoring me as I reminisced about my own time working in retail). As a funny side note, I even got the chance to chase after a customer and his dog after he accidentally left a dog bone behind at the counter. Unfortunately, I wasn't fast enough to return it--maybe he'll return for his purchase! All in all, great selection, great service, and a team that makes shopping here a genuinely positive experience.

But sometimes you need alternative choices on merchandise, or quick in and out convenience if you are in this shopping center for some of their local treasures like Sweet Cow or Lucky's or Neptune or Kim & Jakes or Pharmaca and you think of something else and this store will save you a separate trip. I saw something on their outdoor display area when I was leaving Lucky's and went in to check it out. It was what I had thought about to solve a yard problem, it was on sale and worked out well. The owner was there, he's had the store for about 10 years he said and I thought it was greatly improved since it's days in the 80s and 90s as Rad Hardware.

My husband recently purchased two boards from here that we had cut at Budget. When we got home, I noticed one was potentially full of mold and the other had a huge gash in it that was affected its integrity. When I tried to have them replaced, they said no - even though we didn't get to select the boards. They didn't return the boards, but kept them and then I had to buy a new board and they at least gave me new one board free that I got to pick out. It was a horrible experience and I wasn't trying to return bad boards I picked, they did the picking. Management didn't provide quality customer service and I know I will never go there again. The person who was at the register and the one who cut my new boards had supreme customer service - management can learn a thing or two from them.

But the truth was Joe never told me he couldn't deliver the product, his dispatcher did. But he then he said he'd figure something out. Then they both threw me under the bus to protect themselves for whatever reason, I couldn't care less what they said about me. But I thought we were good and worked things out. So as an act of good will I sent another house over to bid with MY OWN material take off and Joe sent a passive aggressive email to all my subs, and supplier's etc and in the email thread saying he wouldn't supply for THIS CONTRACTOR. All of this unnecessary passive aggressive behavior over a small disagreement started OVER A FORKLIFT. They claim thier customer service makes up for thier higher prices. But that is not so. My experience with Builders first source BMC UFP They have far superior customer service and material take offs that are always within 10%.. I just walked out of builders first source with everything I need and was treated fairly and with respect, as the way I am accustomed. Side note the owner of County line seemed reasonable and fair. But wouldn't fix anything.

We purchased a Bosch refrigerator, paid for delivery, an extended warranty and take away of the old…read moreone. Based on previous appliances purchases, we assumed the new refrigerator would be delivered, installed and ready to go. The first "surprise" was that the installers cannot connect the water line to the ice maker. We were told we needed a plumber to do this - nobody ever said this at time of purchase, nor have we ever had this experience with previous purchases. This refrigerator was literally dumped in our kitchen with the only service being the unwrapping of the unit - which unveiled a large ding and scratch on the top. The installers called their contact and we were given a substantial discount, however, this in NO WAY makes up for the inconvenience and horrific experience of this purchase and delivery. We were inundated with trying to level, connect, set temperatures and attach parts that we know nothing about with technical instructions that are confusing and difficult to understand. This entire experience is horrific and I cannot even begin to express my dissatisfaction with the purchase and subsequent "service."

Snapped at me, told me she didn't need to hear my explanation, abrupt and offensive. I had to go back in so I waited 10 minutes for the man in the booth and I shared with him how she truly needed to be trained in customer service. He had no response but he took care of my issue. Home Depot use to make customer service number one - but not anymore.
