Can't keep customer Records so getting a refund is impossible cause they don't know when u bought something or how much you payed for it. Doesn't know which device goes to which customer at time of pick up, Lies about when things will be ready, Closes the store early whenever they want even if you have a scheduled pick up time, will snowball you about repairs your phone (doesn't) need, the manager is never there so no customer question can be answered, and you want get a receipt for anything. We tried to go into this business this morning, but no one showed up to open it, nor was there a note on the door as to why they weren't open, and that was an hour after they "opened." There were a couple of other customers sitting in their cars in the parking lot who appeared to be waiting on them, too. We've called at least 4 times, to see if they ever opened, but the calls go straight to their answering machine. After reading the reviews here, sounds like we dodged a bullet by not dealing with them. Newnan isn't far, so we took our business (and money) there and will continue to do so. read more

BE WARNED!!! This business is a scam! My father took his laptop into Mac Daddy to get some files recovered from his hard drive. I, his daughter, picked up the hard drive that was in some sort of cheap scanner and they said they'd have to give me the laptop back another day because the manager wasn't there to piece it back together. My dad was quoted $65 and I ended up paying $95. I immediately took it to my father and we hooked it up to his brand new laptop. The cheap reader just kept clicking and the new computer wouldn't even recognize the device. For 2-3 weeks my father has been leaving phone messages for them to call him back as he had time sensitive material on that drive he could not access. During these weeks I was stopping by the office during business hours and there was never anyone there. I felt like I had to stalk the business to just get his laptop back and return the hard drive reader to get my refund. Finally, one day I went there and the manager was actually there. I explained I wanted to return the adapter they gave me, have the hard drive put back into the computer, and get a refund. She got VERY ANGRY and had an attitude as I explained we will be taking our business elsewhere. During the next 45 minutes of waiting for her to put the computer back together she then hands me the computer with NO COVER!!! She said she "lost the cover and would order it online and have it mailed" to me (which has not come yet). She then told me about 10 more excuses why she could not do her job that she was paid for and that she doesn't usually do refunds but will this time, of course with an attitude. THEN, she has NO record keeping whatsoever. It took another 10 minutes to search for the last four digits to my credit card in her apple pay from her phone. It was almost a lost attempt until I said I had the text receipt, then it was found. As of this moment, no refund has been applied. FURTHERMORE, I immediately took the computer to another business recommended by a friend. After he was able to diagnose the computer he said the hard drive was severely damaged from the prior store (Mac Daddy) and impossible to recover ANY information as well as ALL the screws were missing. At this point my dad is losing out on over $5,000 of expense reports due to the retaliation effort by Mac Daddy!!! read more
