I thought I could manage with the DIY kit I bought from Facebook and all that it killed were crickets. It wasn't until I found a wasp nest under one of the alcoves on the front of my house and having to kill a spider, with babies pouring out of it that I finally realized enough is enough!! My sister lives in the area and recommended a chain service, but I found their online reviews to be consistently negative. So, I did some research on Yelp and Google and found Hole-In-One Pest Solutions. I wish I had called earlier as I continue to put this off despite having additional spiders coming through various cracks, corners, doorways, etc. The customer service representative was extremely helpful and kind. Super easy to talk to and helped me set up my first pest control appointment. I've always lived in an apartment so I've never had to deal with this before. I appreciated her patience and compassion as I explained my terrifying wolf spider story. Within just a couple days (due to my schedule) I had a tech out at my place. He listened attentively to the issues, and after a walk around the perimeter we agreed to a treatment plan and price. (Side note - a big turn off and red flag for me is when companies try to guilt or scare you into a subscription or additional services. This was NOT the case. Thank you for treating me fairly and not taking advantage of a first time homeowner/renter. I will always respect the integrity of a company that stands behind their services and work to create value added packages without the over the top sales pressure, and that starts from the top, so kudos to your management!!) When I say (my tech) Trace Barron went above, and beyond, he went above and beyond...stay tuned. - Laid down traps inside of my garage - wore shoe covers when coming indoors - cleared away existing spider webs from outdoor areas for me - washed down windows where pesticide had dripped down on windows from wasp nest removal Thank you Trace for caring about me, my home and my dogs. It was easy to schedule. Our technician, Michael arrived on time. He was really nice and took the time to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted. The stepfather said Jamie would call me: Jamie didn't call so I called the number on their website 3 times. No response. Jamie finally called me from his mobile. He said the best way to contact him was to use his mobile number which was not provided on his website. We set an appointment for February 18. No show. I called Jamie. He said the appointment was on his calendar for March 18. On 3/18, at the scheduled morning time, no show. I called Jamie. No answer, no return call. Employee Victor called in the afternoon. He said he would come after something to do with his tire! Called Jamie again. No answer, no return call. Victor called again, referring to his tire. Finally, Victor called yet again saying he would arrive in q hour. I asked how he could complete all I had asked for: pressure wash exterior, hand wash windows, clean my deck w/ special cleaner (must be done maually), clean carpet, clean grout around tiles in my bathroom. Although he would not arrive until late afternoon, he said he could clean everything except the grout. Totally impossible! I told him not to come. I placed a scathing review on Google. Jamie responded and requested my address. He didn't contact me after I provided my address. Seems not contacting me, lying about the scheduled date, no shows and lies from Victor, and Jamie ghosting me was intentional, unprofessional, unethical, and violates accepted moral principles and societal norms. The lowest star rating allowed is 1 star. No way to rate Squeaky Clean Cleaning Services as less than 1 star. They deserve a minus 1,000 or worse.
