When I asked politely if they could honor the apprentice rate or offer a discount since the cancellation wasn't on my end, they declined "because we called you yesterday and she had a dental emergency". It was disappointing to be met with a lack of empathy, especially since this left me scrambling at short notice. This would have been my first visit to this business, and while I understand things happen, I wish the situation had been handled with a bit more flexibility and care.

I purchased hair extensions and was told they were 100% real hair. Understood for sanitary reasons, these types of products are typically final sale, however being that these were never even opened, I went back in to exchange. The owner was unwilling to exchange, or even call the customer service line for approval to exchange. Additionally, these extensions were not 100% human hair as he had advised they were; they were a synthetic blend. He was unreasonable, terrible customer service, and I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase beauty supplies at this establishment. If you want good customer service and knowledgeable staff, go to Sally's in Nanuet or Haverstraw.
