This was the sloppiest alteration job that I have ever seen. It's like an assembly line, they want you in and out. The owner did volunteer to fix AGAIN it but at that point we couldn't wait any longer. What he should have done is refund me my alteration cost. Lesson learned. Never again, my daughter has 2 more proms to go (god willing) and I will not be going back, I am probably better of going to a bridal store.
