I will highly recommend you avoid this place like the plague! In the past I've had great success with Nellis Auctions so I was anxious to try this place. Big, giant mistake. I should have checked the reviews. Really bad on my part. So I bid on and won multiple items. Every single item was either broken or didn't work. I should have known when one of the fans was trash at first sight and I had to ask for it to be thrown out! It never should have been listed! I got a canister vacuum that didn't have a canister. Can't even locate a replacement on line. I plugged it in and it didn't power up. Trash! Two tower fans wouldn't turn on. The one that did didn't work! A couple more items not worth mentioning because they are trash too. These people are ignorant for selling trash to people. They don't stand by the items they sell. You can't get your money back unless you bought their insurance which is also a scam. There is absolutely zero value for the money you spend! Basically filled up my trash cans and wasted my money and gas. Removed the app and will never use them again. read more

So, I stumbled across this place when a local radio personality was talking about it a while ago (thanks Heather) and lemme tell you somethin...this app is addicting with bidding items (damaged/open box and like new) I have learned from previous to only look at the "like new" choices since most of what I have won have been factory sealed boxes and only once did I get an item that was broken (my fault) and was able to return it (just make sure you keep the Yellow sticker on the bag or box...I am very happy with everything I've won so far....warning!! This is a place you're gonna do some walking (if you have multiple items to pick up like I did my 1st time picking my stuff up)...I really wish that I had instructions prior to coming. Suggestion to have some comfy shoes to gather your items. This location is off racetrack road in Henderson (the old Kmart building) they also have binz you can go through and see what you want (not an auction first come 1st serve) happy hunting and have fun!! A suggestion would be to have the isles farther apart like the North Las Vegas location...at this location (from pictures shown) are not very wide aisles and with 2 pull carts in the row, I kept hitting boxes trying to get out. If it's a lighter item, just leave your cart at the end of the aisle and just go search for the item (A LOT EASIER) my items won were very heavy so, I needed the cart down the aisle (no big deal since everyone is pretty friendly and they're doing the same thing looking for their items)....there is a place set up on the way out to inspect your merchandise to make sure nothing is broke and the correct item that you bid on and won. The young girl that checks you in seems like she couldn't care less about working there imo...the guys checking your order at the end are the sweetest and most helpful. WARNING******MAKE SURE YOU CHECK TO SEE IF YOUR ELECTRONICS WORK!! (You can do this before checking out) I bid and won a nugget icebreaker and it was sealed in the box and guess what? It doesn't work!! $50s wasted SMH!! Horrible management, nothing against workers here but the manager/owner has ruined me taking my kid to school! My kid has been going to the school near this crappy ass establishment and the owner/operator called HENDERSON POLICE when this place is not even open for business at 7:30am and complained to the city of Henderson and now I can only drop off and pick up through the car loop which is already busy. You sir are a crappy ass person. Fun! Fun! Fun! MAC bids you sure know how to get me! I love a good adventure. I love treasure hunting, too! You are probably wondering what it is I'm bidding on. It is a little bit of everything and anything you can get on Amazon. These items are Amazon returns and some of them are unopened and like new. The app is so easy to use. You can set it for whatever you are looking for or you can search for things you didn't know you needed, lol. When you go to pick up your item/items you win, you enter in the left front entrance and grab a cart. It is quicker to pull up your app on your phone and have your barcode ready when you check in. Next step, look at your item number. The letter tells you the isle, the number tells you the section your item is waiting in on that isle. Then the next set of numbers and letters is the item id on the box on a yellow label. That's how you find your item/s. If you have any questions you can just ask any employee. They are all so nice and helpful. Tips: if you only have one item or it's not heavy you won't need a cart. If you have more than one item make sure you load them on your cart with the yellow id number facing all the same direction for easy check out. The carts are easier to pull and not so easy to control when pushing. The isles are not very wide so just know that they are dead ends. One way in and out. So if I have stuff to get on an isle and I know it's not heavy, I leave my cart parked outside the isle and walk down to get my item. They say they do pickups till 5:45, but they stop letting people in at 5:45. So maybe don't come after 5:30pm. If you are coming to pick up on the last day and they close before you can pickup, I was able to tap on hold item and they charge you $10 to hold the item for you to come back and pick it up another day. I think it was a 10 day hold. Checking out is easy, just have that barcode open on your phone for the service rep to scan and check that you have all your items and then you are good to go. I would strongly caution anyone considering MacBid. My experience was extremely disappointing and honestly felt deceptive. I purchased a cornhole set that was listed as "like new," but that description couldn't have been further from the truth. One of the boards arrived cracked in half, and the entire set was clearly heavily used--dirty and covered in cat hair. This was not a minor issue or wear-and-tear; it was completely misrepresented. To make matters worse, after all the added fees, the final price ended up being very close to what I could have paid for a brand-new set on Amazon--with none of the risk. Instead, I'm now out $70 on something unusable, with no refund. Overall, this experience felt like a bait-and-switch. Very dishonest company, and I feel like they are actively taking advantage of customers. I've returned "like new" items that were actually damaged, and instead of pulling them, the company relisted them as "open box" without mentioning the obvious issues. This has happened to me more than once. The biggest problem is that you can only return "like new" items if you inspect them in-store, which means people who trust the listings online are being set up to lose money. It feels intentional, and it's frustrating to see. I've also witnessed another customer who bought an item where the auction photos only showed the top of the box. When she came to pick it up, the product inside was completely different, and the company refused to let her return it. Such a waste of money and have deleted the app. Also Henderson location incentives customers to leave 5 star reviews so take those with a grain of salt! This company does not belong in our community and has been a bully to a nearby elementary school since opening last year. Manager has even gone on school property during school hours, with students present, to yell at the administration. He gets 100 parking spots out of the 530 with his lease, and had made it impossible for the school to access the spots they lease also. He puts up cones and pallets to block the access and has even had delivery trucks park across the school parking spots to inconvenience them! Scam scam scam. Hidden stocking fees. Hidden max bids that confuse you. Just a big old warehouse with a bunch of junk. Also, any electronics there's no guarantee they work, so you have to inspect yourself in person. They don't have someone checking if things work, are they nuts? You may get a deal or two but your time is worth more than what you're saving trying to outbid people and check the app every two seconds. If you're in a bid war with someone, every time someone bids last second, they add two minutes to close to give people more time to fight over it rather than closing the auction when it says it's gonna close. Also, good luck trying to work with them, corporate doesn't answer the phone or reply to emails and they are east coast! They aren't gonna do well here in Henderson. read more

Don't bother with this company. 90% of items I bought here were defective. No returns on items unless you pay the extra $7-$25 on top of tax and fees. The binz store is junk. The owner seems pretty mouthy and unprofessional as well. I've seen him out in the parking lot yelling at parents of students from the neighboring school. As a resident of Henderson, I rather not support a business that lies to their customers and can't support the neighboring schools. read more

BEWARE!!! I have been buying from this company off and on for a while and have mixed experiences. Beware - the staff sometimes posts that an item is "like new". Don't believe it. I looked at the pictures and bought what I thought was a beautiful set of pots and pans and paid a lot.... the value was $400. This was more than a 65% savings after fees. I got home with the items only to discover that most pots and pans were missing or completely damaged....not new at all but used and awful. Shame on me for not buying the $12 insurance. The employees must do a better job of inspecting items - there is no excuse to mark an item "like new" when it's damaged or has multiple parts missing. I've gotten some good deals here, but after totaling the money I've saved minus what I've lost on "like new" items being useless, I haven't saved much at all. And if I count the significant time lost driving to each location and digging through boxes, I'm in the negative. If you value your time, you're better off buying things new from Amazon. The description of the product was wrong. They described a 10" miter saw and it was a 7 1/4". They would not refund my money on their mistake. So they can describe the product wrong and the consumer suffers. Also they say you can inspect the item before you buy it. I was not allowed to do that because it was in the office area. This company is being a very unreasonable neighbor and is very nasty to the adjacent school Pinecrest Nevada. They claim that the drop off and pick up is interfering with their business however they dont even open until 12:00 and after that most of their parking spots are open however they claim that Pinecrest drop off and pick up effects their business. 1. They are not even open at drop off 2. Their parking spaces are not all occupied and the Pinecrest pick up lasts no more than one hour They have forced the school to only use car loop which makes a dangerous situation backing cars up along racetrack and boulder highway while their parking lot remains empty with no customers! The employees scream at people with children and the owner seems to be just being nasty out of spite with no justification of how the school effects. I'm pretty sure what this company does is illegal. A good example of stepping over dollars to pick up pennies. Don't get me wrong, I have gotten a few things for a good deal but they have everything set up completely one sided to favor them. Here are my issues: - Lots of hidden fees. If you buy an item for $1 with all their fees it is like $9. That is absolutely insane to have 800% added in fees. Second, there is no warranty or even a guarantee that what you are buying matches the description. I purchased a scooter for my son. it was $100 new retail and I paid $22. With fees it ended up being $39. I got to pick it up and the scooter was like 2 years old, completely scratched and trashed, had all sorts of stickers all over it. Someone had clearly used this for a long long time. It also did not assemble. I checked it out before leaving their facility in their inspection area. I showed it to the manager and explained I dont want to buy this as it is not at all what was described. Open box does not mean useless. They said that their policy was that open box is 100% no sort of protection or anything and I could not get my money back (which was already charged). Basically buyer beware. You have to pay for something based on their description but if what they advertise is not correct (cause they dont have any real photos) then you are just stuck. This is not necessarily a scam overall, but you definitely can get scammed. I also had one item I purchased and picked up one day late (they only give you two days to pick up the item and they are only open 10-6, so if you have a job, good luck). When I arrived to get this other item, it was there but they would not give it to me. They charged me for it, it was there, but they were selling it again to someone else. They would not refund my money either. I pressed them about it and asked how is that legal and they said I abandoned the item. I understand a restocking fee or something cause they have to auction it again, but charging the full price (insurance too) for an item they not only never gave me but are selling again is 100% wrong on any level. Bottom line, this is a crappy place with crappy policies and crappy service with crappy products. Not at all worth the time or headache.
