They have cameras where you can peak in and see what your fur baby is doing and that honestly eased my nerves a lot! I was able to see that she was having fun! When I picked her up she was exhausted and I've never seen her worn out like that. But it was very good for her to get out of the house and enjoy time with other dogs! We are also in the training class at Pawtropolis and we absolutely love it! We make sure to be attentive in class and work on the tasks at home as well. Her behaviors have tremendously improved! We have a special needs english bulldog and had trouble finding a good place that not only gives him the extra attention he needs (a rotation of belly bands/meds) but keeps him happy. When the groomer showed up, I told her of 2 skin tags on my dog's body so that she would be careful not to hit them. She barely looked where I was pointing, so I should have seen that ad a red flag. My dog was returned with several cuts along his body, the biggest being on one of the skin tags I pointed out to her. While I understand that knicks can happen, he has been groomed for years and never had a groomer cut him this bad. I will never trust this company with my dog again.
