My child even noted recently that the Warriors basketball camp we attended previously "taught nothing" by comparison. It is incredibly obvious because the kids are generally extremely well behaved, so practically all disciplinary actions I've witnessed are driven by misunderstandings created by the coaches themselves, then they lose their temper and "punish" players. For example, a coach divides to 2 sub-groups then shouts instructions to one sub group, but both groups comply; the coach completely loses it and gets everyone down to pushups and running; he doesn't think that the fact that so many players misunderstood him is due to his unclear instructions, he just feels disrespected and takes the anger out on the kids. Same happens when group of kids misunderstood transition between exercises as water break time so the other coach flipped out, and there are many examples of this nature. In addition, "management"/founders are onboard because they think relates to discipline, instead of thinking about their coaches' ability and, if anything, the coaches discipline & self-control
