We called on a Friday evening and they said they could take us right away, but we weren't quite ready at that time, so we scheduled for Saturday morning instead. The staff were all very nice. Dress comfortably. We kept our clothes on (I think that's expected for this type of reflexology and massage, but I'm not positive). I wore my every-day mom uniform of leggings (that I could pull up over my knees) and a tank top. My husband wore his every-day dad uniform of shorts and a button-up short-sleeve shirt. What to expect: They brought us to a private room with two beds, so we were together. The room had a relaxing atmosphere, dimly lit, with some soft music playing. You'll lay on your back on a low-to-the-ground bed. They'll cover you up with a blanket or towel and make sure you're comfy. You'll and soak your feet while they massage your head, neck, and arms for 10 minutes (maybe longer). Then they'll move on to the foot-reflexology for about 50 minutes and also massage your legs a bit. You'll turn over onto your tummy and they'll spend about 30 minutes massaging the back of your head, your neck, back, hips, and legs. Helen and Kevin both had strong hands and really did a deep massage (how I like/need it), but would happily do a lighter massage if you prefer that. They both checked in to be sure the pressure was ok. It was very professional and felt great. We got a discount via Groupon, but I tipped 20% based on the full price. I've been getting massages for 15+ years. He dug so deep that he hit places I didn't even know were in pain. It was delightfully and surprisingly uncomfortable in the best way possible. He asked if I was okay and if I needed less pressure, but I told him to keep doing his thing. I walked in with a body that felt 10 years older than it is and left with a body that felt like it was 20 years younger. He released so much tension I actually hugged him. I could have cried (not from the pain haha). Not only was the massage great, the prices were some of the best I've seen in a while. I don't live close, but I will return.

Then I was told my skin was " dehydrated" and offered two anti-aging treatments for $550 and $450. I wasn't even given the option of the facial. The aesthetician, when doing extractions, didn't bother to check my chin for clogged pores, and there are multitudes there! I found her answers to my questions, like how long does the post-needling pain last, cagey and evasive, eg. it depends! (When I said "what's the longest it has ever lasted," she said, "it depends!") Her manner was distracted and careless. The massage was one of the clunkiest I've ever gotten. I kept asking the masseuse to slow down but she didn't seem to know how to; she just went lighter but kept up the frantic pace, bumping into me the whole time. Not a relaxing experience.
