It's like having three therapists all rolled into one. I can feel my energy levels totally change after my visits, I just feel so much happier. After my last session today before I left to come home I looked in the mirror and felt as if I looked younger, when I looked again I could clearly see that may face was relaxed and happy. I really do feel that my body balance is finally moving into harmony and I just have nicer thoughts too, I can't explain that. As a cancer survivor myself I listen carefully to Rachael's advice and I find myself just doing what she tells me without a second thought, probably because I just know she's right. I'd been seeing an overzealous high-velocity chiropractor that was not a good fit for me, and resulted in debilitating pain in my side. Dr. Z was able to see me the day after I contacted him, at his lovely home office in San Rafael. He diagnosed me with a pinched nerve between my ribs. He kindly worked on me for two hours with his gentle yet effective touch, and I already felt 50% better after the session. The pain was completely gone within a few days after that first session. I had been in horrible pain for weeks before, so this felt like a miracle! I saw Dr. Z every week for a few weeks, then went to every other week, which is still my routine a year later. I've had chronic back pain for 2 decades, and I'm happy to say that I'm in the least amount of pain since my troubles started in my early 20s. I always look forward to my bi-weekly sessions with Dr. Z. He is incredibly kind and respectful. His method is gentle - no cracking or popping, no tools besides his hands. I always feel more calm and light after our sessions, and any pain that I'm having is significantly reduced afterwards. I love that he not only works on realigning my physical body, he also does lymphatic drainage, abdominal massage for my GI and women's health issues, and vagus nerve work. I have MCAS (mast cell activation syndrome) and some hypermobility / connective tissue laxity, and I've learned through this experience that my body benefits most from a light touch. Dr. Z is such a perfect fit for me and an amazing healer. I recommend him to everyone!

Doctors have said there was really nothing I could do about it. Dr. John has my feet pointing straight now. My allergy problems are becoming manageable and my energy is much better. I'm going to start taking his nutritional counseling soon and couldn't be more excited. Dr. Zeravich is a true healer. It's amazing what a few small pokes, prods and some belief can do. TD;LR You will come out a highly skilled massage therapist after finishing this program…read more If you are reading this, then you are probably wondering If you should take a leap and enroll with SFSM family (it will feel like a family in no time). Even tho talking to charming Gary probably already may have convinced you. 100000000% yes, even if you do not end up being a therapist, the awareness of your body and of other people will change the course of your life towards happier and healthier living, you learn the tools how to be healthy and fit. Enrolling with SFSM was one of the best decisions of my life. I am truly a better person after finishing the school, I am so much healthier, my posture is better, and I gave the power of healing touch to my friends and family, the world around me is a better place. I found the instructors to be highly skilled and professional therapists themselves, the lessons were always highly interactive and I received SOOOO much useful and necessary knowledge, it's for sure a bang for the buck you pay because you will come out a therapist who is ready to go and heal people. Not a single instructor left me unsatisfied, I experienced each person to be on top of their game, each teacher had something very unique to share, so my set skills is a blend of their knowledge. The school also has been my healing sanctuary throughout the difficult times, I would come to the class and feel instantly better, more grounded and at peace. If you care about the energy realm, I also can reassure you that they teach that. I got more attuned with the energetic world and energies of around me through this program. And do not even get me started on the admins. They are pure angels, always making sure you stay on top of your responsibilities, they are basically babysitting you and holding your hand while you go through the program. While visiting family in Marin I decided to get a massage and found Thai Thai Therapeutic on Yelp…read more The reviews were good and the prices were great (especially for Marin!) so booked a 60 minute Thai deep tissue massage with Tiger for the next day, and holy cow, that man has magic hands! When I arrived I was greeted kindly and promptly taken back to the massage area. As a woman I am sometimes hesitant to get massages from men but I had 0 hesitation with Tiger - I was completely comfortable with him from the get go. From the start I could tell how skilled he was - I have never had someone find my knots and tension instantly the way he did. If you prefer a soft, fluffier massage I'm sure they do that very well but I prefer a deep tissue, painful-in-a-good-way massage and this was truly one of the best I've had. The pressure was excellent and there was only one moment where I asked him to go a little softer and he adjusted perfectly. At the end he made me tea I was able to take to-go which was an absolute treat. I would say the only possible drawback is that there aren't private rooms so much as private areas separated by curtains, which didn't bother me at all since I was basically entranced the entire time. The calming music also made me feel like I was truly in my own little world. I know there are many places to get a massage in Marin but I couldn't be happier with Thai Thai Therapeutic. If I wasn't just visiting I would definitely be going here consistently! Thanks for an incredible massage Tiger!
