Don't get seduced by the two pools or gate access. First, the gates are an absolute joke. In the time I've been here they either haven't worked or have been damaged, for months at a time. Know that you will be nickeled and dimed here. Seperate add on charges for cable, trash pickup, sewage, and, get this, you also "get" to pay a fee to MAA at the beginning for the 'convenience' of paying them through their website. Pay them extra to be able to pay them, what an honor! Cable is required since they struck some deal way back with a cable company. Not included in anything. Just a requirement that you use, and pay for, a cable company subscription that you have no say or choice in, oh, and while it's not included in the rent, it is lumped in with it, to be paid simultaneously, whatever you're quoted in rent, know that it will be at least $100 a month more in extras. In light of the trash charge there have been several times that the dumpster is unusable due to overflowing, office doesn't care. When you pull in and oooh at the landscape, just remember, there will be times you pull into a small mountain of sweltering garbage just past the gated entrance! Classy! But, there's simply nothing they can do about it, they only MANAGE THE PROPERTY. The two pools are nice, but have yet to go to the more private of the two and not had an bad experience with tenants (or maybe not, see previous non-functioning gate comment) guidelines simply are ignored and unenforced (cigarette butts, I've seen unleashed dogs relieve themselves in the pool area.) Again, office response is more nothing. Your rent will be raised, substantially, year after year. They seem to value tricking new tenants in, over keeping existing tenants. With all the fees they stack on from the beginning, it starts to seem less like an apartment community, and more a "new lease mill" for them to crank, past tenants be damned. I mean, why shouldn't they request an extra $700 dollars a year in return for doing a sub par job at property management? Is everything a calamity here? No, but what you're sold and the reality, are too very different things. Now, to give credit, where credit is due, my building is a relatively quiet one, and I've had very positive experiences with Victor and Becky in the office. Others, not so much, after dealing with some of the office employees who can't make it any more clear that they simply don't care at all, its fairly easy to see how such a nice place can get a bad rep around town. read more

This company did a horrible thing to me.after living there 7 months they evicted for a lie someone I knew created. Basically this person was on parole.Remind you, never lived at my home .told his P.O that he was living there because he got put out of Good News At Noon. P.O has been checking up on him at that address for 6 six months. But because he gave him my address the PO reached out to verify the address ( which is my address where I've lived there solo for 7 months) Next thing I know someone from office a short Hispanic man.pushing this envelope in my face It was a 72 hour notice of eviction Can you believe it? I had the P.Os number so I reached out and told him the individual had never lived at this address.Filled out sn affidavit stating the person never lived here. P.O said he took to the office..they evicted in 72 hours. I immediately packed and got out of there because I had to...now I'm staying with a friend.Paid rent on time except pd one $100 late fee for being late on the 2nd day of the month... They have two many dogs .always barking loud music playing when people pull up in their cars.Marijuana smoking on the porches.wadps and bees everywhere. Yeah how they wrecked my life because of someone else.these people are not nice MGMT sucks .I wouldn't wish what happened to me happens to someone else.READ YOUR LEAST. Lived here for a month now. I love it here. My wife and son feel safe when I am out of town. Maintenance is good at getting things fixed. The pool is always clean and water is sparkling. If I get home late at night there is plenty of parking within close distance of my apartment. Bugs, if we see any, call the office and put in a order for pest control and its done that week. I am trying to get my grandparents into these apartments also, so I would recommend them to anyone.Landry faclites are clean, and very easy to use, dont need to worry about keeping change in the house, because its all on a card, which is very convivent. Also there are washer dryer connections in the apartments. I have lived at one other apartment and HATED it, and told myself I would never go back to a apartment. No issues with these ones. You forget you are in an apartment, you don't hear barking animals, or loud music or your neighbors. read more

Me and my fiance have lived here for about 1.5 years, Overall it has been a positive place to live, we love our layout, deck and garage that is right under our deck with our own parking place. We love our tenant Leah, who started us off and usually deals with our issues that we have had. Something you cant help is the people that move in around you, even though they are screened, people can be crazy, but the staff has been helpful when we have needed help with crazy neighbors. These are the nicest apartments in gainesville so I would definatly recommend this place. I wish the prices could be fixed when you sign originally, we actually thought that was true when we first signed, but its not...just as long as it doesn't go too much higher, we will probably be here for a while. read more

Lake Lanier Club is a beautiful resort style apartment complex on the lake. The amentities are endless with two pools, two workout facilities, and a business center. The views of the lake are incredible and what is even better is the trails that lead to the little beach on the lake. It is a quite place to live and it is built well. I never hear my neighbors. The landscape throughout the whole place is gorgeous as if you are in a vacation getaway. The staff is very helpful and if there are any problem with your apartment, it will be resolved within a day. I have lived here with my family now for a month, and I have no complaints. Maintenance is always on top of the work orders, so may take longer then other work orders but depends on when it all comes in. The office is friendly and always willing to help with any issues. My son goes in once a day to just say hi and they don't care. Parking is no issue. I feel fine walking by myself outside even when its darker out. I don't hardly hear my neighbors at all. I would recommend these apartments to my friends and family! read more

I have been living at LLC since 2011 and I have to say that I have felt safe and well taken care of here. The staff are always making sure you have a really great experience living here. The grounds are kept up and the apartments are always painted as well as kept up as far as building wise. I would recommend to any person looking for a new place to call home. read more

This apartment and the entire complex is more than I expected when I moved in. It is conveniently location next to shopping centers, has playgrounds and dog parks, lake access, swimming pools and gorgeous scenery. I would recommend it to anyone.
