DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE - SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS!…read more I normally don't leave reviews, but I feel a responsibility to warn others about this apartment complex. My experience living here was nothing short of a nightmare, and I would strongly advise anyone considering moving in to look elsewhere. When I first applied, everything seemed great. The leasing staff was warm, helpful, and accommodating - or so it appeared. I thought I had made a solid choice. However, everything quickly took a turn for the worse once I signed the lease and moved in. The friendly demeanor from the staff vanished, and I began to experience what I can only describe as cold, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior from several team members - especially one in particular: Kelly. The treatment I received from Kelly was uncalled for and frankly appalling. Every interaction left me feeling like a burden, like I was constantly being judged or picked apart. Her tone was condescending and lacked any form of respect or decency. It felt personal. I was spoken to as if I didn't belong there, like I was somehow beneath her - and no tenant deserves to feel that way. Let me be clear: my issue is not with the property itself, though there are definitely things that could be improved. It's the staff - the people you're supposed to turn to when you have questions or concerns - that made my living situation unbearable. I left feeling like I was a problem tenant, even though I know I wasn't. I paid rent on time, followed the rules, and was courteous to my neighbors. I've worked in customer service for over 30 years, and I know what respectful, professional interaction should look like - and this wasn't it. The most disheartening part of all of this is that I'm not alone in my experience. During my time there, I spoke with other tenants who shared similar stories of rude or unprofessional treatment from staff. Many felt like they were constantly walking on eggshells or being targeted for reasons they couldn't understand. It's incredibly frustrating and disillusioning, especially when you're paying a premium to live somewhere you hoped would be comfortable and safe. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I left this place emotionally drained and eager to put the experience behind me. If management or ownership is reading this, I urge you to take a hard look at how your staff is treating residents. Your tenants are the heart of your business - they deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. In conclusion, I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Save yourself the emotional toll and find a community that values its residents and treats them accordingly. I wish someone had warned me before I moved in - so consider this your warning.

The only reason why this place is going to get two stars is because the office staff are really…read morenice and understanding. The two girls that work up there are great. But that is honestly the only thing good about this apartment complex. we decided to move to this apartment complex because it was close to my school and the surrounding area had lots of stores, so that was very appealing. We were intrigued right away, all of the units were taken up so we couldn't view the apartment. Nonetheless we applied and got the apartment. It took about three weeks in order for us to move into the apartment for our move-in date from our application acceptance date. We got a one bedroom one bath apartment, and when we first got our key. the apartment reeked of water damage. Spots on the ceiling of water damage. The apartment wasn't cleaned. There were cobwebs everywhere, and the floors had dust and dirt. Our appliances were dirty. The walls weren't painted good. the apartment was not move-in ready at all yet they still let us move in. And that was not only our only issue maybe two weeks afterwards we had a pipe burst, and we had a leak in our apartment, which decided to grow black mold. They fixed it in a timely manner but they have done nothing about the smell of water damage in the apartment itself that we got sick from. The dumpsters always smell and there's trash all over the place in the parking lot and in the trees. The gym is so tiny and while the pool is a decent size and depth, it's not really clean and the lining of the pool is so old there's holes and it's just gross because of the age. People here also have an issue with not picking up after their dogs. There is no pet policy whatsoever. We lived on the first floor and there was like a 90 pound husky that lives above us that likes to wake us up. So be wary about that. This is honestly been the worst experience of living somewhere. for the price that we are paying. This is absolutely ridiculous. It is a health hazard and it's just plain dirty. I would not recommend living here
