The shrimp was covered in a tasty sauce, but I think a cook should remove the shells and fingers before serving. One of the shells got caught in my throat, so I will not get that dish again. A little pricey: $12.99 for adults in the evening and $6.00 for children, but certainly better than fast food. I enjoyed watching the 6-year-old eat clams; I saved the shell to make a mobile. I invited two adults and their child, so the total was $60.00. So many choices!!! I wish the lighting was better; it was rather dark in there. Overall, a good place to eat with family and guests. Since I eat small meals, I will not go alone.

We sampled the chicken, pizza, taco meat, salad, deviled eggs And of course Ice-cream, cake, pies, pudding The fried chicken was Well-seasoned and tender, the chicken was very good making it a standout among the buffet options, The pizza was decent, with a nice flavor It wasn't gourmet, but it satisfied our pizza cravings. Pepperoni helps!!! I liked the deviled eggs they were fresh, the taco meat was another hit. The meat was well-cooked and seasoned, and the options for fresh toppings added a nice touch. I put some ON my pizza hey I'm not a purist and Golden Corral is not catering to purists anyhow! This Golden corral will be closing for a refresh, and there was some spackle on the walls in preparation of new paint but nothing that made our dining experience any less enjoyable it would've been four stars even if the walls were painted perfect. it's a buffet. It's golden corral. It really never will be a five star experience. We'll definitely be returning for another round of comfort food favorites when traveling.

But that is the same of every place I would say. One thing that I did not like was the fact that they only had vinegar bottles only near the salad buffet. I wish they had them on the tables or at stations around the restaurant like other establishments. The service was good, and the server did check on us often, and remove soiled plates as needed. The décor is still dated, and could be modernized. 2026-04 #580

The good: Fried chicken wings Cabbage Fried Fish Mashed Potatoes/Gravy Pulled Pork The bad: Mac and cheese - it was awful Okra (too Slimy) Chicken Livers (overcooked) Unfortunately, the foods are mostly fried items. His opinion I ordered the poo poo for two and moo-shu beef The beef teriyaki was completely inedible , I couldn't even tear it apart with my teeth Chicken wings totally dried out I took one bite of the shrimp and had to spit it out By this time, I totally gave up and moved onto my Moo-shu beef Another complete failure, flavorless I'm 61 years old and this was by far the worst Chinese food I've ever had in my life and I've lived all over the East Coast from Boston to Florida And what's up with the pork fried rice that came with my wife's meal?-Why is it orange?
