When I went inside to ask why my pizza was missing an entire slice the girl kept touching her bare hands all over the pizza trying to slide slices around to make it seem "full". When I said I wanted a refund she took the pizza to the back (while talking badly about me to the kitchen staff) then grabbed a different pizza and tried to say that was the pizza I brought inside, and that she'll run the cameras. She argued with me for three whole minutes before finally giving me my refund. This was our second visit here and let's just say it does not disappoint. It has been about a year…read moresince we came down here and this is our must stop for a late lunch early dinner. We brought our other family members here with us this trip and everyone really enjoyed their meals and the service. The service is impeccable, they definitely provide you with that southern hospitality and welcoming spirit. The inside is very clean with plenty of seating and it's very tastefully decorated. The hot dogs are the bomb, I played it safe this time and went with two dogs with mustard on onion and sauerkraut, and the buns are extremely fresh and hotdog are full of flavor. That's what makes this place so special...... The shoestring french fries are done to perfection. They're not greasy and are very nice and crisp and well prepared. The buffalo chicken salad was done to perfection, and it was full of flavor and tasted amazing. This is one of the better cheesesteaks in the area we feel, a very generous amount of meat and cheese on a fresh several. You will not be disappointed with it for sure. I had the opportunity to meet the owner again and he is such a genuine individual, you can tell he puts his heart and soul into this restaurant and guess what ? They are in a process of opening another location some more people can enjoy their food and their vast way of hotdog selections !!!!! We did have the opportunity to try the peanut butter and jelly hotdog, which the owner brought over to us to try and let's just say we are sold on it . It has such a great flavor and is a very unique combination and you can not go wrong with it. Thank you for letting us give that a try. It was really really good. So in a nutshell, we highly recommend Dog Slingers We look forward to our next visit to this area and stopping here for lunch or dinner thank you so much for providing such amazing food and the creative side of hotdogs! Almost forgot they do breakfast sandwiches in different breakfasts which from looking at the menu are well were stopping for !!

I would have been satisfied with a hot dog and fries to go, but the owner wasn't having that. He chatted with us for several minutes while our food was being prepared, gave us a sample of the chicken salad (which is really good, btw), and was very welcoming. The hot dogs are bigger than I expected, and the chili is GREAT. You don't find that kind of chili in most places. My husband got the shrimp cheesesteak and onion rings. He loved it! They asked my husband if he wanted onions, peppers, mushrooms and made sure they got it right! They have several things on the menu that I want to try, so we'll definitely be back.

Seating outside and inside. There's also a few arcade games for kids or adults to play as you wait for your order. It's got the feel of a diner on the beach. There was only 2 employees who I believe were also the owners. Great service and hospitality. This place is unassuming, You don't expect the food to taste as great as it does. All the food is cooked fresh. You can taste the quality of the food that is used. The food is served in dog bowls. It's gimmicky, so some people might be turned off or find it unsanitary. They line the bowls with wax paper and I would think have not been eaten out of by dogs. I can't believe I actually had to say it, but after reading some of the reviews I think it was necessary. The food was fantastic. We got the garlic parmesan wings to start. The sauce was flavorful and the wings were drowned in it. Not as much meat as I would like on the wing, but still delicious. I dipped my fries in the leftover sauce. It added to the great taste of the fries which are hand cut and seasoned nicely. I got the double cheeseburger. I added jalapeños, spicy mustard, ketchup, and mayo from the free condiment list. If you have never tried it like this, I highly suggest it. It may sound like too much on the burger, but you will not be disappointed. The burger was fresh and cook exactly how I asked. Just the right amount of condiments and jalapeños were on the burger. I will definitely be returning to try one of the hotdogs they have on the menu. Great experience and looking forward to coming back.
