We needed someone to help us with the alignment and possible hinge replacement on our metal gate…read morethat had started sagging. Jorge responded immediately, asked for pictures beforehand so he could be sure to bring the correct parts, and arrived exactly at the time he committed to. After inspecting the gate and determining the root cause of the issue, Jorge did not want to risk damaging the gate's powder coat finish by welding on new hinges. He helped me remove the gate, talked me through several possible solutions, and we ultimately decided it would be best for me to contact the original gate builder to see if some of the needed parts are still available.
