I can't really say what kind of experience it would have been to buy a car from these people. What…read moreI can say is that I repeatedly asked for information on a vehicle over the course of a week. All I'd get in reply is "its available would you like to come see it?". I did discover that the BBB gives them an "F". In retrospect I suppose its good that we didn't work out a deal. When you ask for a few more pictures and an autocheck or carfax and those requests are ignored.... to me that's just plain fishy. Use your own judgement. Your mileage may vary.

I recently bought a used 2004 Chrysler Sebring from this dealership, because my previous vehicle…read morewas totaled in an accident. I had seen their website during my online searches and found them while I was looking at places in Uniontown, Pa. I loved the car and when I test drove the vehicle it seemed to run fine. I was nervous about buying it on my own but the lady that sold me the car reassured me that if anything was wrong with the car or if I didn't like it, I could take it back within 30 days. Not even two weeks after I purchased the car, the front left brake caliper froze and completely wore down the brakes and rotors. The front brakes and rotors, the left brake line, and the front left brake caliper all had to be replaced. The car had to be towed back to the dealer because the car was unsafe to drive. Also, right when the tow truck showed up the car would not even start because the battery was completely dead. The car was fixed for free and brought back to me the next day. That made me think that they were good honest people after all. However, a week later I took the car to have an inspection because I live in WV and it had a Pennsylvania sticker on it from September. The car did not pass the inspection because the front passenger side wheel bearing was completely worn. The people at the repair shop told me that there was no way that they could have missed that when they changed the brakes and rotors, so obviously the mechanic at elite ignored this issue. I called Elite and spoke to the owner, I was very upset about the huge inconvenience that this vehicle has caused me. The owner acted as if he didn't believe that anything was wrong with it and that if he were to have it fixed we would have to do it their way or I could pay for it myself. Obviously their way was cutting corners or else this would have never been an issue! He tried to tell me that the car passed and inspection before it left the dealer and that it met all of the requirements of Pennsylvania law, which is a lie because there is no way Pennsylvania would have passed the vehicle at that time because of the wheel bearing. They are more strict than WV! He tried to tell me that it was too soon for a real state inspection because the sticker did not expire until September, I call BS. I told him that the woman that sold me the car told me I had 30 days to bring the car back if I was unhappy and he said that was a lie and he did not believe that she told me that, but I have a witness! After arguing with the owner on the phone, he hung up on me! Very unprofessional! I will never do business through them again and I will warn everyone of how corrupt they are! I've had to miss class and work repeatedly due to these issues and I am very angry and disappointed with how all of this turned out.

We took it to a local mechanic rather than driving it 20 miles back to Grafton. The repair cost $500, and despite having a 90-day 50/50 "warranty," they did not cover any of the cost. When we purchased the vehicle, it didn't have a spare tire. They told us if we brought it back to them, they'd get rid of the spare tire carrier underneath the van (that we won't be using) and finish the undercoating they'd started, and we could pick it up the next day. When we were told it wouldn't be finished when promised, we decided to just go ahead and get our van back. We DID receive a spare tire and a rim, but the tire is not mounted on the rim, so now we have an additional expense and inconvenience. These guys were so nice that my husband and I planned on purchasing cars from them for our two grandchildren. I'm grateful that we had this experience, because I don't want anyone treating them the way we were treated by Hilltop Auto.

He was very friendly, professional, easy to talk with and he knows his business. He made me a deal better than I could have gotten from most other places. CarSense is awesome! I was buying my first car after finally getting my license (at age 30!). My…read moredad has bought a few cars from the CarSense in Cranberry and always had a great experience, so he recommended I check the Robinson location out since it's closer to me. First, their website is super easy to use to help you see their current inventory and search/filter by make, model, price, mileage, and even special features. If you create an account, you can also save cars and come back to review and compare them later. They had several hatchbacks in my price range available. I called a few days before I wanted to come to the dealership and spoke with Jaison, who was super friendly and easy to work with. He talked to me about what I was looking for and even sent me a video of one of the cars I was very interested in. When I came out to the dealership, I wanted to test drive some alternatives. Jaison had told me he wouldn't be there when I was planning to arrive, so I worked with Jon, who was also very nice. Jon gave me three cars to test drive, and I ended up going with a 2015 Chevrolet Sonic. It looks brand new and has under 20K miles on it. I'm an idiot and forgot my checkbook at home, but Jon let me fill out all of the paperwork so I would just need to come back in the morning with a check. It took under two hours to test drive and choose a car and do the paperwork, and then 15 minutes for me to get it from them this morning. A few things to keep in mind: 1) They do NOT haggle. It's not what they do, and they're literally not allowed to do it. This isn't a bargaining thing; they just don't do it. So be prepared to pay the exact sticker price. 2) Their financing is based on the vehicle that you choose, so you can't apply before you choose a car. I ended up getting financing elsewhere because I wanted to have a check with me before I went.

It tookseveral phone calls just together through to the service desk. I made an appointment for 7 weeks in advance for the annual inspection. The inspection went well, I only needed one tire to pass, and they didn't have it in stock so I was asked to call back. Again it was impossible to get through to the service desk. I got a message to buy a medical device or it went straight to Car Shop Cranberry. When I spoke with someone at the Cranberry location. I was told they couldn't make any appointments for the Robinson service desk, and they couldn't transfer me to the Robinson service. The clerk said the Robinson shop phones "didn't work". I was going to go into the Robinson service area in person, but on the way, I drove by 5 tire stores. I'll make an appointment at one of those businesses for my one 129.95 tire. And Carshop has lost our entire family's business. We used to only buy our cars their and always had a great experience. Maybe 3 cars bought there in ten years doesn't mean anything to whoever changed Carsense to Carshop. But im not buying a car from someplace that doesn't have phones that work.

Before I even saw the bike, I was told: * Cash only * Paperwork was already prepared * I was asked to sign before inspecting the motorcycle * I was not allowed to test ride Once I finally inspected the bike in person, the condition did not match the advertisement: * Visible rust on the frame * Rust in the rear * Corroded and worn hardware/screws * Clearly not "mint" and not "no scratches / garage kept" as described When I calmly pointed out the issues and asked why none of this was disclosed beforehand, the seller became angry and defensive and claimed he "didn't know" and that it was "normal." This was a complete waste of time, fuel, and effort after traveling six hours based on inaccurate information. I walked away because the motorcycle was not as advertised and the pressure to sign and pay cash before inspection was unacceptable. I am leaving this review so others don't make the same long trip under false expectations.

Drove 4 hours there to check it out and the car was in total disrepair. Brakes were noisy where they just slapped some cheap pads on it. I asked them if it had ever been in an an accident and they said it never had been and its all original paint. My dealings were done with the owner of the business, George A. Emerick, at the location of his business. The car was paid for in cash with a personal check. I was told during the signing of documents--which included trading in my car--that I would receive the title I signed in his office within a few days dependent on my bank releasing funds. It was more than four weeks, and many phone calls later, when I finally received the title. My bank records show that Mr. Emerick cashed the check on November 20th, the day of purchase. I made multiple calls to his business during the weeks following the purchase and spoke to both George Emerick and his brother, Chad Emerick, about the situation. Chad Emerick said they were waiting for my check to clear. I told him my bank had already processed it. (His bank's information is printed on the back of the processed check and the amount is shown to have been credited to his account.) On subsequent calls, both he and George Emerick asked me to email or fax a copy of the front and back of my processed check. I told them this was not my responsibility, nor standard procedure--that they needed to contact their bank. George Emerick called me one morning, making yet another request that I send a copy of the cashed check. I told him he needed to work with his bank. I had a car with no title, that was not legal to drive for a month, as I could not acquire new plates or registration without the proper documents. In addition to his shady business dealings, Mr. Emerick had the nerve to tell me that he would let his "mother and wife" drive the car I purchased for another winter with the tires he left on the car. He must not care all that much for either his mother or wife, as for safety concerns I replaced the almost-bald tires within several days of owning the vehicle--for an amount of money that was more than he 'gave' me for the trade-in of my used vehicle!
