I…read morereceived a response from many, Tim Hurst from Wright Honda was quite persistent and eventually we agreed on a deal for a new CR-V. He emailed/texted me a sticker which showed it is a 2024 car with 3 miles on it. I wired the money to my parent's account, Tim started calling/texting me on the day when I said the money should be received. He told me if I am ok with a different color car, I told him I am not, he said the one he told me about was sold but he will get me the same one. He proceeded to call/text asking when will my parents pick up the car. My father went to pick up the car later on the same day and noticed that it had 270 mi on odometer. He was embarrassed to tell me about it. My mom though told me about it the next day. I phoned/texted Tim, telling him I did not agree to buy a car that had 270 mi/it has a different value, and that inspection sticker on this "new" car will expire in October (another words the dealership had this car since Oct and used it as a demo). He told me his manager will call me the next day. I asked him to either pick up this car and refund the money, to get another identical but new car, or give a discount as we did not purchase the new car that I agreed to. The manager, Jeff Varney, kept bullying me saying that the car my father got is the new. Essentially, the dealership, in their quest to get a "deal", sold my father, knowing that he would be embarrassed to bring it up, a car that was not new, for the price of the new one. The dishonesty and lack of ability to accept the fact that they have done anything wrong is very telling. You can extrapolate it to all of your dealings with this dealership as I am sure it will extend into all areas of their business.

Am from out of state. Got me in 3weeks. Which was best I could find. Stewart's came highly recommended. Multi generational family business. Absolutely excellent. Went above and beyond what I expected. I asked and they Buffed out scratches someone deliberately gouged on right side (due to pro Ukraine stickers!) and a few other marks. I highly recommend this small shop. Looks might not impress you as much as fancy big corporate shops but don't believe anyone could have done a better job or even as good. Worked smoothly with insurance companies. Men fled scene at first, I chased and got him to pull over, but then he refused calls from his insurance and mine paid but got reimbursed as they managed to contact him. Cost was also reasonable but I'm glad I didn't have to pay. So don't give up! Many Thanks!! especially to Doug! Be careful out there-drive defensively. Weeks later someone ran a red light on my right turn at 70mph? And I nearly lost my life. I've seen it over and over with red lights and stop signs.

My dealer (Sisson pre-owned) took a vehicle I was going to purchase from out of state to this…read moremechanic for an inspection. The dealer sent me a copy of the inspection and it didn't mention one single issue I found after purchasing the vehicle. Either this dealer and mechanic are in collusion or they have no idea what they are doing. Missing sections of a frame and HOLES means there is active RUST issues with a frame. Why would you omit this from the report or bill? If brakes pull a certain direction then they are NOT GOOD they need to be repaired. And had you pulled off the tires you would have seen they were rusted and crumbling. Oil leaking from the Oilpan means there is an oil leak. So why did the dealer tell me you told them there are no leaks? You helped a dealership scam me out of all of my equity. It was a 1992 Toyota pickup for your reference.

But getting my Volkswagon fixed at Sam's was literally the best car repair experience of my life. I just had to write a review because it's SO RARE to find a quality, honest mechanic like Sam! We were due for our 100,000 mile maintenance and needed some preventative service done. We were visiting Uniontown had to leave in a few days -- but Sam was generous in fitting us in during a busy week. He did a lot of research to find the parts we needed, fast (and cheaply) and gave us a solid quote (which was much cheaper than anything we would have found where we live). When we came to pick the car up, Sam was thorough and walked us through everything he did to the car. He showed us the parts he replaced and told us about some additional issues the car had that he simply took care of for us. He had checked our previous maintenance records and left us with some great tips and pointers for how to best take care of our particular type of engine. He told us how one prior mechanic messed something (small) up on the car and told us the cheapest way to fix it once we were back home. The total matched his quote exactly and we were so impressed with the whole experience. He was careful, efficient, polite, professional, totally honest -- and very, VERY reasonably priced! If you ever need a mechanic in the Uniontown area, this is the guy.
