Told me on a Monday to drop my vehicle off Thursday. Thursday morning the mechanic listed all he…read morereasons he wouldn't work on my Jeep. The plugs are hard to reach the wheels were too heavy for him to change the breaks, etc. Was the craziest encounter with a shop ive ever had. The vehicle was going in to get ready for a CO and UT overlanding trip leaving Saturday. Now looks like my week off will be spent waiting for my Jeep to be fixed by someone else. This seems more like a hobby for these folks as opposed to running a real business. My opinion is for you to find a shop that actually wants to work on your vehicle.

We called and John told us that he could look at our car after he finished the two that he had in the bay. When I arrived, knowing that we had at least 7 hours still to drive he took our car immediately, plugged the home immediately and had us on the road in 45 minutes. I cannot thank John enough for his kindness and making our wait easy and allowed us to continue on our way. Mechanics line this are hard to find and should be cherished.

It ended up being such a simple fix and they had it in and out in no time. I would highly recommend going to them over any pep boys, Midas, whatnot brand place. They know what they are doing and shoot it to you straight.
