Most had no masks, no hand sanitizer available. No accommodations in the waiting area. Very disappointed.

It has holes in the emissions line, and the computer led lights had connection issues. The first day that I brought the car home the check engine light went off immediately. That was my first cause for concern. Then upon taking it to the dealership yes this all would've been covered under warranty however I'm not paying $46,000-18% APR rate for a car that has problems. Two weeks after I had the car, I was told that the deal wasn't ever even pushed through all the way. And that they needed a phone number from me for the bank to finalize the deal, and if I didn't provide that number to bring the car back...Well, I told them that they sold me a crappy car and Id do as they wish and return it.... Now they're keeping $500 of the $2000 that I put down as if I rented the car. I didn't rent a car from you people. I attempted to buy a car that you couldn't get sold all the way. We proceeded to leave and go to Jim Shorkey. Sad to say, you missed out on a cash deal for a new car! Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I told him the car and he said he would get the keys. 25 minutes later of me standing around he said he lost them but found them? I go to the car and it has a sign on it saying not for sale. He argued with me saying there was no way that I found the car online. I showed him the proof and he acted baffled. I saw a ton of scratches on it and asked if the car was wrecked. He said I dunno and left it at that... We went inside and I asked to see the car fax. Some girl was helping us and I swear she has no intentions of helping us. I spoke to the general manger about the car and told him what price range I wanted to be in for my monthly payments at 72 months. He said it prob wouldn't work but he would try his best. Hours later they called me saying hey had the price exactly where I wanted it. I went up after the weekend was over to see the car again. The pushy sales guy came up to me again! He said they finally cleaned the inside of the car and it was spotless. Upon looking inside there was still white cat hair all over the vehicle and they did a half ass job of cleaning it. I asked if they were done cleaning the vehicle and he said really cocky, " that's as clean as it gets". I tried to look past that and went inside to talk about my payments. He didn't stall me on saying the payment amount, which was $30 more than I wanted and it was for 84 months!!! I NEVER agreed to this and they plain out lied to me saying they had it where I wanted it. I told him I was pissed and wanted to talk to the GM again and he said he wasn't avaliable. I would have never gone back if they couldn't work out my payment agreement. I left immediately and I was furious. 3 weeks later, no one has tried to contact me regarding the car. I'm still receiving letter from different banks saying they couldn't give me the loan for 84 months. WHICH I NEVER AGREED TO! I work in a big place and I've told everyone about my experience. I will never go back and I would never let a friend or family member shop there.

Buyer beware: this dealership is shady, dishonest, and their shop is not thorough…read more Trip & condition at pickup -My wife and I drove 3.5 hours to purchase the vehicle. -At pickup it was not detailed well (visible dirt stains), and the engine bay was extremely dirty/dusty. -The shop did a subpar engine bay "cleaning" and only addressed the interior spots we pointed out (I found more when I got home, along with a sticky substance on the dash behind the screen) Drive home & problems discovered -We rented a one-way car to pick it up, so my wife drove the first leg home and I drove once it got dark. -On a straight highway I noticed a clear pull to the left. -Tire pressure was not at Toyota's recommended PSI. I corrected it, but the pull continued. Dealership response -I contacted the dealership and spoke with Sales Manager Will. He initially didn't want to help. -I explained this should have been caught during the 160-point inspection for Toyota Gold Certification. -Will eventually said they would reimburse an alignment up to $200 if done at a local dealer. Local dealer visit & tire damage -The local dealer confirmed the alignment was significantly off (they didn't print the measurements for me). -After that visit, my wife immediately noticed a loud noise. -I later found feathering on the outer edge of a tire that still has 9/32 of its original 10.1/32 tread depth (fairly new). -The feathering was likely caused by bad alignment and/or driving with low tire pressure--something I would have noticed during the test drive if the alignment and pressure had been correct from the start. Escalation -When I contacted Will again, he said my only option was to bring the vehicle back and trade it in. -I told him I planned to post an honest review of my experience. He said that if I posted a review, he wouldn't send the reimbursement he had already promised for the alignment. -I told him I would only be stating the truth about my experience. I lied and said I wouldn't post so I could receive the promised reimbursement. Now that I have it, I want others to know what to expect. Warranty misrepresented -My sales rep Jeff told me the vehicle had: ~Toyota Gold Certified 7-year/100,000-mile drivetrain warranty, and ~1-year/12,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty, starting on my purchase date. -After receiving the Toyota warranty card, I learned the coverage is only up to 100,000 total vehicle miles--something I missed in the contract--so I have nothing to fall back on for this issue. Bottom line -I will never do business with this dealership again. -If you buy a car here, be thorough and take your time making sure that it is in the condition that is expected.

Sales Manager and sales rep both let slip that the car is having the coating put on while I'm on the way to pick it up. I call them out on it during a phone call after the sale. Sales Manager denies that's what happened. When we are done he doesn't hang up his phone and I get to listen to him for the next 10 minutes tell someone else at the dealership how he lied to me because they wanted to make more on the car. During the call he tells his co-worker the General Manager, and I presume owner(he used their names) wanted to make more on the car and "what was he supposed to do". Confront Sales Manager and he eventually concedes he lied to me. Speak with General Manager and he tries to justify it before also conceding I was mistreated and lied to. No resolution beyond that. Be very careful if you choose to purchase from them.

I had seen their website during my online searches and found them while I was looking at places in Uniontown, Pa. I loved the car and when I test drove the vehicle it seemed to run fine. I was nervous about buying it on my own but the lady that sold me the car reassured me that if anything was wrong with the car or if I didn't like it, I could take it back within 30 days. Not even two weeks after I purchased the car, the front left brake caliper froze and completely wore down the brakes and rotors. The front brakes and rotors, the left brake line, and the front left brake caliper all had to be replaced. The car had to be towed back to the dealer because the car was unsafe to drive. Also, right when the tow truck showed up the car would not even start because the battery was completely dead. The car was fixed for free and brought back to me the next day. That made me think that they were good honest people after all. However, a week later I took the car to have an inspection because I live in WV and it had a Pennsylvania sticker on it from September. The car did not pass the inspection because the front passenger side wheel bearing was completely worn. The people at the repair shop told me that there was no way that they could have missed that when they changed the brakes and rotors, so obviously the mechanic at elite ignored this issue. I called Elite and spoke to the owner, I was very upset about the huge inconvenience that this vehicle has caused me. The owner acted as if he didn't believe that anything was wrong with it and that if he were to have it fixed we would have to do it their way or I could pay for it myself. Obviously their way was cutting corners or else this would have never been an issue! He tried to tell me that the car passed and inspection before it left the dealer and that it met all of the requirements of Pennsylvania law, which is a lie because there is no way Pennsylvania would have passed the vehicle at that time because of the wheel bearing. They are more strict than WV! He tried to tell me that it was too soon for a real state inspection because the sticker did not expire until September, I call BS. I told him that the woman that sold me the car told me I had 30 days to bring the car back if I was unhappy and he said that was a lie and he did not believe that she told me that, but I have a witness! After arguing with the owner on the phone, he hung up on me! Very unprofessional! I will never do business through them again and I will warn everyone of how corrupt they are! I've had to miss class and work repeatedly due to these issues and I am very angry and disappointed with how all of this turned out.
