From my initial impression of Designer Kris making a special consultant call on a Saturday (only one of the week we're both home together) I knew she was a total pro ! She spent as long as necessary explaining our options....and her very experienced eye on what was going to fit. One day after my my order she even called to return for a confirmational measurement for one of the furniture pieces, given my compact space. She then got me a finished design ASAP, but what really sold us was her confidence that the units could be custom-fabricated AND installed within three weeks -- two days before we left on a long trip. If you use them, make your own list of everything you discussed and then check it against the drawing. The day we had the measure, we talked about our reach-in closet and grommets to run some power cables. The grommets didn't make it to the install. We brought it up and were told they weren't in the notes. After the visit, the person who did the measure was more interested in their golf outing i guess. We were told to call and schedule the grommet install. We thought that meant it was a simple oversight and would be corrected. We got a text saying the grommet install would be an additional $150. We refused and were offered to split the difference; again, we refused, and I considered our business concluded. I'll resolve the issue myself. Again, the work is good. Be sure to go over the plan with a fine-tooth comb. As a side note, I was telling a friend this story, and was told a similar story about a missing item.

The design was supposed to include a pullout/rollout mechanism with hidden hinges on both sides so the two doors could open fully for access to the back storage area. Jay also agreed he would patch a hole in the floor tile caused by removing the old framework that C&C did not do. When installer Greg arrived in April, he quickly determined the design wouldn't work. The hinges would be exposed, there was no functional wheel slide-out, and the unit was undersized. Jay then convinced my wife to switch to a single-piece unit that was supposed to be delivered today (June 20, 2026). Since then, C&C has gone completely silent. Multiple calls and texts have gone unanswered, including my text directly asking Jay to refund our $1,091.25 [I mistakenly texted Jay it was $900] deposit. In advance of the install, I spent $450 to have the floor tile professionally patched up based on their commitment. We are now out $1,541.25 ($1,091.25 deposit + $450 floor repair), with no product, no resolution, and no communication. Jay's initial assurances about the build and the floor repair never materialized, and the company has simply stopped responding. I have already filed complaints with the California Attorney General, BBB, and Consumer Affairs. I strongly advise others to avoid C&C. The sales promises do not match the reality of their work, and getting your deposit back appears very difficult once things go wrong.

Yelp worked its magic and connected me with a few businesses, and C&C was the quickest to respond (always a good sign!). Their reviews looked solid, so I went for it. After a few texts and calls, we were off and running! From first contact to final install was about 52 days, which felt totally reasonable to me. I even did a little extra ChatGPT-ing on pricing, and everything checked out there too. There were a couple small hiccups along the way, and communication could've been a bit smoother at times, but JC was always professional, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made a big difference. And Greg, the installer? Amazing. I really appreciated his thoughtful input on details I wouldn't have even considered, like pull handle placement and caulk color (who knew that mattered so much?!). All in all, I'm so happy with how everything turned out. The room finally looks beautiful, complete and homey. I'd absolutely recommend C&C to friends and family. Thanks again!

They provided the cabinetry for our kitchen, laundry room, custom entertainment center, and the built-ins and floating shelves beside our fireplace--and everything turned out beautifully. From the moment I walked into the showroom, Liad, Lily, and Ruby made me feel genuinely welcomed. The showroom was beautiful, and Liad patiently walked me through all of the cabinet options. He really knew his stuff and had excellent ideas for improving the kitchen layout. Before I left, he gave me an incredibly reasonable quote that made the decision easy. I have also been extremely impressed by the quality of the cabinets. They feel sturdy and well made, the finish is beautiful, and they offer excellent quality for the price. Although these are RTA cabinets, you would never know it from the finished result. Liad worked closely with his recommended installer, Arturo, to make everything look and feel completely custom. They crafted a beautiful range hood, customized a broom closet to fit our needs, and the included cabinet accessories that were such a nice (and useful!) added touch. The team quickly created 3D renderings and remained patient and responsive through the many changes I made along the way. Our entertainment center was a custom design, and it turned out even better than I imagined. I got the opportunity to work with Kate Griffin on an organization job that I needed for my home. I…read morecontacted her one week & she scheduled our appt. for early the following week. Which was such a breath of fresh air in this very active real estate market. Being a Realtor. I know all companies that are associated with real estate are experiencing lots of volume so that was very quick considering the market. To be honest I was in such need of moving this project forward. What a wonderful blessing we got started right away! I had moved into a new home and with the exception of a desk/chair and a bed. I only brought items that fit in a box. Or went in the closet. I initially contacted Blythe so I can get a design to get some furniture etc. but I had boxes all around the parameter of my home and couldn't get to the design until we went through all the boxes and had everything organized and put away. Over the years we can accumulate so many items that are so precious. IE: just to name one category. I had been saving a variety of keep sake items from over the years that were also in cardboard boxes and felt stuck not knowing what to do with them. I didn't know where to start. When Kate arrived she rolled up her sleeves and got to work. We opened every box and went through absolutely everything. She made what looked so overwhelming a breeze. She was able to help me discern what to keep and what to purge. I had a hard time parting ways with items I hadn't used in I can't even remember the last time I had used them. I even had kept boxes from vacuums and other appliances that she kindly pointed out were taking up space that we could use to organize other items in. Apparently, I needed the permission to get rid of it. Which when I did get rid of them. It felt freeing! We sorted through all sorts of items. Anywhere, from a variety of keep sakes (my daughter trophy's, various photos, bday and holiday cards I had collected over the years), office supplies, to electronics (she helped me discern what to keep - and what to recycle - phew - so nice to know you can recycle electronics), kitchen cabinets, cleaning supplies, cleaning appliances in a closet, to paperwork that needed to be shredded and had piled up over time (which I got done), misc. bathroom items, linen closet to labeling. By the time we were done it was after 6pm and we had lot of empty cardboard boxes to recycle. Even though she had been here for 4 hours on a intense and detailed job.... with a mask on... On a hot day. She wanted to ensure she didn't leave any task for that day not completed. She offered to help me break down and take out every last box (I live on the 3rd floor) which we did. Then we scheduled an appt. for the next day so we could get some containers etc. to efficiently organize the items. Bye bye cardboard boxes. What started off as a 3 hour process. Ended up being a 9 hour job over a span of 3 days. I'm so grateful Kate was available 3 days in a row to keep the flow of the process going. I can go on and on. When you don't know where to start it's sure great to have someone who is a professional organizer help you. Kate is experienced, professional, amazing, friendly, funny, jovial and someone you will feel comfortable having in your home.
