If you are unsatisfied with the service, it is taken very personally - which is super strange. Good reviews are based on wedding reviews for updo's and preparations, not on colorists or haircuts. Stylists will cancel your appointments you've had for months because they'd rather do a wedding for higher profit. It happened to me multiple times during these years. High turnover rate for stylists, you will never have a consistent stylist because they come and go. Pride themselves as Blonde specialists but this is not true at all. Some are young inexperienced stylists testing out on your hair while charging a lot. I had a stylist literally burn the back of my hair and the owner had to fix it. Prices as well will always be different, you will never pay the same amount every month, even if you have the same service and stick with the same stylist. I asked to speak with the owner and no callback.

What r these Stupid Spots added to Back of head instead of overall highlights - SEE PICS + PAST BAD…read moreBASE COLOR that bled onto towels & pillowcaseS that was ignored... WTH!?! Before Thxgiving holiday Michelle painted on a few ill-placed ridiculously STUPID spots ONLY on the BACK of my head intead of the overall balanced highlights that I usually get when in town. Besides giving me these humiliating spots, she put a lot of gel and combed my hair back so I didn't notice until home - then she would not fix for holiday and bday events I was going to and first didn't respond at all with no apologies until I popped by to show in person... I sent these pics to her and was way too nice about this botched job especially when she messed up my color last year and it came out on towels and was very Burgundy/orange. She ignored the root color debacle and I gave her another chance this winter while in town but ended up demanding full refund since don't trust now - way too inconsistent... She was very distracted and I kept asking via text beforehand if she had enough time to do the whole job - she kept saying yes then gave me a few random STUPID spots with one that's nearly white ONLY in the back that looks like she used a splattering paint ball highlight technique in back of head with no balance, composition or correct color or ANYTHING that makes no sense at all! Very humiliating had to wear a hat/visors to go out and VERY hard and super EXPENSIVE to get fixed over holidays... Left me high and dry for events/parties, etc.. Pictures say it all plus this was AFTER she botched my root color on another visit previously where it came out in the shower and on towels for several washes - where she never addressed that error either. This was a 2nd chance since back in town for winter. She has done my whole hair successfully many times b4 but now is extremely inconsistent --can make very bad errors if distracted. The not taking responsibility, not contacting me or helping to fix asap with apologies is the worst part - had to pop by and couldn't let this one slide like bad running root color b4. She wanted me to just accept these spots! Of course, it co$t way more to fix this mess and horrible to be humiliated walking around with stupid spots a 9 year old could've painted on more balanced. There is NO EXCUSE for this - UNPROFESSIONAL IN EVERY WAY! When I pushed for a fix, she wanted me to cancel a move of furniture and beds b4 Thxgiving with company coming bc that was her ONLY appt time and how dare me say she wasn't being accommodating when she just could do nothing and didn't think a big deal! Very Jekyll and Hyde - make sure she's not distracted while doing your hair or tired! Or if there's an error, she'll ignore you and if you persist - then somehow it's the client's fault. While getting these stupid spots she was literally complaining about another blonde mishap where it was somehow the client being too picky! No one would call this highlight job professional and it was not handled professionally either where a prompt response with profuse apologizes w/ a FAST fix was NOT delivered... Instead - I was ignored and she apologized via text for the damage the movers did on my furniture and how stressful that was for me, but NOT the extra STRESS she caused ruining my hair in an humiliating way. I did receive the refund which is the easy fix for her - not me... meanwhile the FIX cost me double and is ongoing with stylists not wanting to fix this mess during the holidays. Let's see how long this bad review is allowed to stay up! There is NO EXCUSE for this!
